My go to spot but lately slow service seems new hired people unable to do the job leaving one person doing most of the work. Waited 11 min for a drink. Seems online orders supersede all ins too. 😝
Friendly staff! Always quick and correct orders. Location near metro draws some sketch. Music fairly loud but there is worse. Good outside seating, limited indoor. More a grab and go
Store is super clean but I don’t think this place has any customer service training, I placed an online order and when I can to pick up the order it was not there and the barista who was making the drinks could not find order details, he called 2 separate Baristas to assist but they were busy making drink and warming up food for a colleague or may be manager who was leaving shift. Nobody even acknowledged me or said anything, we’re busy speaking and discussing personal business....
