Finally made it down the road to try Rising Son Restaurant. It was great. We ordered the Hashed Out for breakfast and split it. It consisted of ground sausage, bacon, onion, jalapeños, potatoes, cheddar cheese, chives, and pico de gallo and sour cream on the side. It was huge. And way more than enough for 2
Subways are pretty consistent in quality of food. Service is better in some than others. The Oakton Subway is maybe slightly above most, but you have to be sure your server is paying attention, or you'll end up with not exactly what you want.
