Tony's NY Pizza - Oakton

If I could give Tony's 6 stars I would. We LOVE this place! We like to go for a later lunch after a shorter day of work. Incredibly friendly staff, very clean restaurant, best pizza you can get in the area

Pizza was super unimpressive in flavor and the cheese was a thick, separate layer that kept detaching from the dough. It was messy and disappointing.

Nice restaurant. Nice staff. On the one bite challenge rule, 4/10, which is why I gave it a 2/5. Over greased & thin, no texture. I’m sure other menu items are better.

Tony's already has the best Sausage Peppers and Chicken Parm in the DMV. If I'm wrong PLEASE let me know where has better! Only thing is the pasta needs to be slightly more al dente. If you really want to impress people, get better side bread or garlic bread and maybe use thinly shredded lettuce like the Italian Gourmet deli in the side salad.

Ordered 2 slices of pizza, cold, to go.
Cashier turns their back and gets on a phone.
3 kitchen staff in the background.
Only 1 diner in the restaurant.
The pizza is cooked and cut, all they needed to do was put it in box.
Stood there for a few minutes and nothing.

Asked for a refund, the cashier told me they were getting ready to prepare to go. I said too late ...

If you are going to charge $5 slice for pizza at least provide prompt service.

I occasionally visit the Fairfax location and the service is fine and food is good.
There are plenty of average/good pizza places in the Vienna/Fairfax that my money will be better spent at.

The pizza was so good. They made it extra crispy no flop. Good sauce to cheese ratio. The girl taking my order at the front delivered excellent customer service. Will be going back!

Great pizza and service at this location! It's a bit on the expensive side, but no more so than most other pizza joints of good quality. I will say though that the pizza quality varies by location, I've found. Visited a Tony's in Fairfax that I didn't like at all. But Oakton is a great eatery!
