When I came here the day after Christmas I was welcomed with a warm greeting and I was asked about my Christmas experience. Once I received my food it was very warm and my smoothie was just the way I asked for it
Hi there, I just went to that store because I was craving for a smoothie.
I would definitely come back to this location, because the staff were awesome , polite and helpful. Such is rare nowadays. I always feel rush or the staff just don't care. But not here. And it was awesome, I order the chia banana boost.

My recent visit to Tropical Smoothie was disappointing. The service was slow, even though the store wasn’t busy. I ordered the Mango Magic, but it tasted watered down and lacked flavor. The smoothie didn’t seem as fresh as I expected, and there were chunks of ice that hadn’t been blended properly. The staff seemed distracted and didn’t acknowledge customers waiting. The place could’ve been cleaner, especially the tables. I usually enjoy coming here
