WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

I’ve been a loyal patron of this restaurant since it opened and it’s always been a place I’ve recommended to friends and family. I’ve always appreciated the quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere. However, today’s customer service was rude and disappointing.

When I provided both my first and last name as I’ve always done, I was met with hostility and accused of using a “nickname,” which has never been an issue in the past. The interaction was unnecessarily confrontational and dismissive, leaving me genuinely shocked.

I understand that policies can change, but a respectful and consistent approach goes a long way. It’s disheartening to be treated this way as a regular, especially when I’ve always tried to support this business in good faith.

I’d love to continue supporting this restaurant, but respect and courtesy should go both ways.

Fantastic food, friendly service, and clean atmosphere!
I had such a great experience at WNB Factory in Oakton. The wings were perfectly cooked—crispy outside, juicy inside—and the flavors were incredible. I especially loved the Thai Chili and Honey Lemon Pepper! The burgers are top-notch too—juicy, flavorful, and made with quality beef. You can really tell everything is made fresh.
The staff was super friendly and helpful with recommendations, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. It’s clear they take pride in what they do.
Whether you're in the mood for wings, burgers, or something different like their fried rice (surprisingly delicious!), this spot is 100% worth checking out. I'll definitely be coming back!

Picked up, in and out within 30 seconds, so clean and nice in there, just had a religious experience trying their burger and cheese sticks. Jesus Christ I’m coming back here again

The burgers are really good. I got the Kickin’ Woo Burger and it was delicious. It was sweet and savory with super fresh meat. The customer service are trained well and greet and serve in a friendly manner. The decor is clean and fun. It’s a nice place to hang out and talk for a while. I would recommend getting a specialty burger, a regular burger will be a satisfactory experience but won’t show off how good their food really is.

This place has great food! I've come several times and have gotten a couple of different burgers and cheesesteaks. They also have fried rice options which is good for younger kids. The food is always tasty and takes about 5-10 minutes to come out. Plenty of seating inside and recently came with over 20 guys and there were no issues.
Nothing fancy about the interior, but it's generally clean. The restaurant is nestled in a strip mall and the parking lot can get close to full during dinner time.

The women who works there who wears glasses is always angry and her manner is inapporpriate , i have gone there several times but I will never go again.

Had the wings and fried rice combo. Both were fantastic! Fried pickles were so good. Fries were perfect. The burgers looked amazing. Chicken tenders looked amazing. The staff was very nice. Can't wait to go back.

Finally! The best steak and cheese in the area hands down! Probably the best in northern VA! I have been looking all over for a good steak and cheese and they all underperform except for this one. The burgers are good the wings are really good and the steak and cheese is great!

Very clean high quality American food place. Everything is brand new and clean. The prices are high but that’s what you have to pay to get a good burger. I hope this place stays open for a while.

So disappointed that the bacon burger was not good at all.
The burger was barely warm and flavorless. (However, the brioche bun was good)

The cheesesteak egg roll was not good at all (but, it was hot)

Maybe, it was just an 'off' day.

I usually don’t like wings, but I really enjoyed the wings from here, which I found to be juicy and well-seasoned. The Korean BBQ burger was moist and flavorful as well, and not super greasy like some burgers can be. I spoke to a nice employee who said this restaurant originated from Atlanta, and I know the South is big on seafood. I hope this restaurant starts selling some seafood options.

Vegetarian options: They have buffalo cauliflower wings for vegetarian as a meatless option. I think this is lovely to include vegetarians in the wing-eating experience.

Parking: There is a lot of parking since it’s a shopping mall.

Kid-friendliness: There’s no kids menu.
