WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

I usually don’t like wings, but I really enjoyed the wings from here, which I found to be juicy and well-seasoned. The Korean BBQ burger was moist and flavorful as well, and not super greasy like some burgers can be. I spoke to a nice employee who said this restaurant originated from Atlanta, and I know the South is big on seafood. I hope this restaurant starts selling some seafood options.

Vegetarian options: They have buffalo cauliflower wings for vegetarian as a meatless option. I think this is lovely to include vegetarians in the wing-eating experience.

Parking: There is a lot of parking since it’s a shopping mall.

Kid-friendliness: There’s no kids menu.

Ordered from this place last night, the following morning I wake up so sick. Come to find out I have food poisoning. Be cautious eating from this establishment, I will never order from here again.

Great place to go if you want to try something new. Though service might be a bit slow, they've got everything you need to satisfy your cravings!

Disappointed!!! Read the reviews, pictures looked good but sorely disappointed at the quality received. For the price, the protein portion was abysmal. Expected better.

Absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

I went in when the restaurant was almost completely empty. There was only one other person besides me. I ordered a single burger and three nuggets. Over 30 minutes later I had still not received my food and when I went to the counter to ask why it was taking so long I was told "I don't work in the back I don't know when it'll be ready" and then ignored.

When I finally got my food another 10 minutes later not only was it mediocre at best it wasn't even hot. To top it all off after eating several bites of my burger I found several long hairs in my burger and had to throw the entire thing away.

Wings, tenders, onion rings and fries were wonderful! Try Spicy BBQ. And it was probably the most clean restaurant I’ve ever been in Virginia. Tables, restrooms everything was super clean.

First time visitor to this place. I got the #1 single steak burger with cheese meal. The burger reminded me of the original Steak n Sheak burger. The fries were crispy and fresh. I also got the strawberry milk shake, I wasn’t too keen on it and will try the cookies and cream one next time.

Stop in for some fried rice and chicken tenders which are absolutely amazing. I was told at first that there was no fried rice today. Unbeknownst to me the owner overheard the conversation. She must have seen and heard the defeat in me. She stepped in and said that she will she if she can honor my request. Within in thirty seconds of that request she came back out and put a much needed smile on my face. The professionalism, dedication and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction at this establishment is unparalleled to the fast food chain. This was an exceptional service from a top tier business. I most certainly recommend this location to anyone who’s looking for freshly made food and the best chicken tenders and fried rice in the game. Most of all to be treated with kindness and respect.

Great service!!! Dylan J. took care of my husband and I as it was our 1st time and we’re EXTREMELY picky. Dylan was patient, responsive, interactive, and so attentive to our needs and our modifications. Hands down best service I’ve encountered in the food industry in a VERY long time, especially with how young he looks to be (teenager). Thank you for your patience! Definitely going back and telling my friends and family! The food we ordered= bone in and boneless wings fries and mushrooms burger, fried rice, all sooo delicious even the ketchup was yummy. This is my favorite place for wings in town. Wings were sloppy and delicious.WNB Lemon pepper is my favorite.ALL delicious and crispy also Mushroom burgers & Bacon jalapeno burgers was super fresh!! Love this place.Will definitely come back.
