It says “Be back in 3 minutes” but we waited for 15 behind closed door. Kids were very upset

The flavors here are AMAZING! You can really taste real fruit in their flavors (try blackberry cobbler and strawberry cheesecake). The price is super cheap too, and the employee was super kind. She was also very generous with the scoops. Would very much recommend!

I went in with my family, and let me say I was very impressed with this business. The nice vintage decorations made this feel great along with the Occoquan Historic District. The vintage feeling really made the business feel welcome to visitors

The ice cream was fine and the prices were good, but honestly the service made us feel like our money was not good enough here. All three people at the counter (included the older gentleman I assumed was the owner) stared at us with zero greeting or offer of help. After browsing their other items (drinks/candy), we approached the ice cream counter and again were just stared at, no one asked what we wanted so we awkwardly announced our orders. We enjoyed our ice cream since we were trying to soak up the ambiance of Occoquan on a hot sunny afternoon but honestly would prob skip this place next time. Super disappointed.

Awesome gem in this little town!! We keep coming back to try new flavors and, so far, everything is delicious!

Lovely local ice cream shop! Large variety of ice cream, cream sodas, classic drinks, candies and Jelly Belly jelly beans. Marsha was SO sweet to chat with.

Cute ice cream, candy, and specialty soda shop located right next to Puzzle Palooza. Both businesses owned by the same family, which I love! I support local businesses. I got a Boylan Birch Beer for my dad who LOVES birch beer. I will definitely return to try the ice cream and get my dad some more birch beer.

Small, cute shop with interesting selection. The kids got ice cream and I got a specialty soda. Would come again!

So we have come here for ice cream many times and I'm really wondering how I never posted a review! Their ice cream is amazing I mean cmon blue bell. But we walked in today and saw this candy land splendor!!! My kids were of course wide eyed and ready to buy all the things. They had some interesting candy we had never seen before (bought it of course). I being an adult was able to look past the candy and saw the selection of drinks. Okay maybe not much of an adult thing since all I took pictures of was the *unusual* beverages.... they had plenty of normal drinks but I failed to take a picture of those amidst my giggling at mustard-flavored and enchilada flavored sodas. I mentioned in the pictures but it's also pretty cool they have a make your own bag of jelly bellys, if you only like buttered popcorn for some reason have at it!

Blue Bell Ice Cream! My favorite all time. Definitely try the black berry cobbler on a waffle cone!

So the owner just bought the place in June, after retiring for about 18 months. He told me it's been super busy, except for when Ian made its way through our area. I had the double scoop in a cup, with the sea salt caramel (supposedly the most populate flavor) and the strawberry. Twas very good!

Life is much better with ice cream in hand. Recently, my friend and I were exploring historic Occoquan District when we happened across this cute spot after noticing the store sign along the street. Upon entering the shop, we were instantly greeted by a sweet lady and a timeless interior full of vibrant candies, fun sodas, and mouth-watering desserts. She kindly encouraged us to sample any flavors they had and, WOW, never have I been so pleasantly surprised after sampling an ice cream. My friend and I both got the Southern Blackberry Cobbler on cones, which had a delightful blackberry flavor as well as addicting pie crust bites -- the perfect summer treat! We enjoyed them outside on the deck, which was especially lovely in the cool, afternoon weather. Hands down, one of the best ice cream flavors we have tried in the area, yet! Thankful to have come across Mill Street Sweets and looking forward to exploring more next time!

The ice cream is delicious and reasonably priced. The selection is small but good flavors. Nice little porch to sit and eat right by the water!
