We have always enjoyed eating at Brothers. Pizza and meals both. We went the other night and it was absolutely horrible. The salad had 4 pieces of lettuce, and not much else. Spaghetti with sausage was cold. Sausage was terrible and the sauce tasted jarred. When asked if there was new owners, managers, or cooks, she insisted nothing was different and the sauce was homemade. I would have understood if there was an explanation for what went wrong, but there was none. Won't be back.
We enjoy the food at Brothers. However, in today's take out order the Calzone was uninspired. Mostly dough with very little filling. Filling was pretty tasteless. Not sure if I would order again.
What a delightful experience. The place was FULL and still had prompt service and the food came out fast. I had one of their specialty baked pastas and even as a fat guy I had leftovers. A+ will go again.
