My friend and I found out about Brothers Italian Restaurant about four months ago. We found the food, especially the baked pasta entrees to be exceptional. The best tomato sauce ever! We try to go every Saturday for an early dinner. Our waitress is amazing and makes every effort to meet our tastebud needs. We go at a certain time to make sure we get this exceptional waitress to serve us!

We enjoy the food at Brothers. However, in today's take out order the Calzone was uninspired. Mostly dough with very little filling. Filling was pretty tasteless. Not sure if I would order again.
What a delightful experience. The place was FULL and still had prompt service and the food came out fast. I had one of their specialty baked pastas and even as a fat guy I had leftovers. A+ will go again.
