I’ve tried to do Cartier delivery twice for this location due to having my child in the car with me. Even with my order paid up, apparently they “needed” us to come in. It was somewhat laughable when you consider that the store does carry based deliveries but would not walk to my car.

Don’t be fooled by the fact that this is a chain. By far the best Dominos Pizza in the greater Richmond area. I will drive 10-20 miles to grab a pie here before ordering from the Dominos right around the corner. I ordered a veggie pizza , thin crust , extra sauce, no onions and it was exactly how I would have made it ( the extra sauce was just extra enough, thin crust perfectly cooked and the toppings were heavy and evenly spread. Excellent pie, as good or better than anywhere around including the many Pizzarias.

I called a few minutes before carry out closing and set on hold. when the guy came on the line he asked me if this was delivery. I told him no because I'm not within your range. After pleading my case, he said my computer say 10:00, which it was 59 after. I said well I sat on hold for a while. He told me that perhaps I should not have my phone set as not a Spam call.

I was truly hoping the NY Style Pizza would be different. Sauce was too acidic for me. Was hoping it would be an option to buy in the future.

We moved out to the country 3 years ago & this was the first time we've ordered from Domino's (since no one delivers out here & we always just go pick up). Our pizza & breadsticks were burnt, our pizza had more burnt bubbles on it, than cheese/toppings & my pineapples looked more like fritos. Our total was $32 which was totally not worth our terrible meal. We will definitely go back to ordering from the MUCH better local dives around where the food tastes much better & is much more cost effective!!!

Ordered curbside because I had my baby with me. Waited for 15+ minutes and no one came outside after I checked in on the app. Brought my baby in with me and they handed me three pizzas to carry back out to the car and didn’t even think to offer to carry out for me! Even though I mentioned it was supposed to be curbside and I’d waited 15 mins…. No apology, no customer service. Disappointed.
