Great place! I came here because the cabin I stayed in highly recommended this place. The young cashier lady was so friendly and smiled the entire time, wish we had more of that customer service in Richmond! I could not decide on what I wanted so I basically got almost one of everything! My favorite was the glazed donut and the jelly filled ones! The cookies had that great homemade taste, my favorite was the raisin oatmeal I believe was the flavor.
Everything you'd expect a small town corner bakery to be! Locals lined up to get their goodies and homemade everything. Grab a couple dozen sweet potato biscuits. They actually freeze well if they make it that far. And I've spent my whole life saying I don't like filled donuts...tried a creme filled donut....ate my words as well as the whole pastry
