“Scoops is now serving delicious sandwiches in addition to the ice cream. And they also have candy, including fudge, and homemade sides to go with the sandwiches. The sandwiches are really good, you get plenty of food and the prices are very reasonable. The sundaes with chocolate syrup, wet walnuts, whipped cream and a cherry are wonderful. The ice tea is the best around, although I prefer unsweetened, and it isn't watered down like that you get from crummy places like McDonalds!”

“Our first visit on their first night of Bingo did not disappoint. Highly recommend the OT not only for the friendly atmosphere but the food and service was top notch. We had a great time playing Bingo and getting to know the owner and staff. Large selection of beer served nice and cold! We will be back. Ron and Donna from NJ!!”

“We stayed at the Charlotte Hotel in Onancock for my wife’s birthday weekend. The staff (Dee & Felicia) were friendly & helpful. The room was clean & cozy and we were pleased that the hotel is dog friendly. We enjoyed cocktails at the bar & the Sunday breakfast buffet. Most of the shops & restaurants are walkable from the hotel. We enjoyed shopping at Louise’s boutique, Local, North Street Market, Foggy Cafe, and Corner Bakery (yum)! We spent the evenings enjoying art and live jazz at Morphosis, enjoying the best crab cakes at Mallard’s & the resort sushi experience at Kuchi Sabishii (also, yum). Barney Stone pub also is a dog friendly live music venue across the street from The Charlotte. We are planning our next stay at the Charlotte Hotel so that we can try their scallops, and visit Maurice & Bizzotto’s. If you are planning a getaway on the eastern shore, this is worth checking out. Wait. Maybe I should have kept this place a secret…”

“After a long drive, this place was a GODSEND! Delicious food! We are northerners so imagine our surprise when fresh-baked cornbread was delivered to our table!

Cream of Crab soup was delicious.
I had the chicken parm sub and added mushrooms. So affordable and tastey, and you could tell they bread the chicken in house.
My mom ordered the chicken and dumplings- she said it was good with homemade noodles!
Portions were big and we ended up taking them with us!

Overall, such a pleasant experience, and that’s not even touching on the fact that our waiter was so attentive and kind! We bonded over our shared love of kitty cats too haha! Thank you Steve!!!

“The menu offers different Latin types of food. I grew up with a distinct Cuban preference. While I’m really enjoying being able to have that at Havana 13, I also get to try Puerto Rican & Dominican cuisine’s. For those in your party simply not adventurous there are some good North American options as well. They also have a nice bar. The perfect place to go with get a couple Crushes to cool down with. I have a number of favorites now but I love their loaded tostones app. I often get it as a lunch. Any of their skewers are good. But for a dinner I love the “Traditional Cuban” which is braised beef with rice and black beans on the side. A couple fried plantain usually accompanied. Yummy!”

“This is some of the best coffee ive had, definitely worth the stop. Server was also really nice and made all four of our drinks quickly. I work at a coffee shop myself, and most people cant make it fast and good like that. But she did it perfectly. I also got ice cream which was really good. I highly recommend Caboose Coffee!”

“Traveling through the area and decided to stop at Panzotti’s Pizza & Waffles on a whim. Absolutely mind blown. The baked ziti was fantastic, the portion was huge, and it came with garlic bread and a salad. I’m pretty damn picky when it comes to Italian food, and this place seriously impressed me. Walked in hungry, walked out with a very happy belly and enough leftovers for later. If I’m ever passing through Onley again, I’m stopping here. Easily 5 stars.”
