Had a little issue with my order a little over a week ago. I called in and they said they would address the issue.
They offered a free meal, but I said it was cool. I just needed the issue addressed and she said it would be done, and I'm good with that.
Ten days later, (this evening) I go back and get my regular order. Checked my sammich and she looked and asked if it was right this time.
It was, but I was surprised she/they remembered.

It was alright. Attendant was on point. I don't care for the seasoning on the potatoes, or the white sauce on my breakfast sandwich. But the lady was top notch.
I don’t review Wendy’s often. It’s my kids favorite kids meal so we stop often on road trips along the East coast. I’ve had so many various experiences that I had to rave about how quick the food was ready at this location and how perfect the fries were. This was the best location I’ve been to in years.

Wendy's offers a varied menu, including a kid-friendly selection and wheelchair accessibility. The food is generally considered tasty, with highlights like the spicy chicken sandwich. The restaurant strives to provide a pleasant dining experience, as evidenced by the friendly and accommodating staff. Customers appreciate the cleanliness of the establishment and the freshness of the food. This Wendy's location is particularly clean, with a spacious and private family/disabled bathroom that is separate from the other restrooms. The food and service are often praised, though the delivery service has faced some issues with incorrect orders and long wait times for refunds. Despite these occasional challenges, Wendy's remains a popular fast-food choice for its diverse offerings and overall satisfactory quality.
