Had a little issue with my order a little over a week ago. I called in and they said they would address the issue.
They offered a free meal, but I said it was cool. I just needed the issue addressed and she said it would be done, and I'm good with that.
Ten days later, (this evening) I go back and get my regular order. Checked my sammich and she looked and asked if it was right this time.
It was, but I was surprised she/they remembered.

Stopped here on a road trip. I’ve been to so many Wendy’s while on the road and this was one of the best. The lady who took my order was so nice and helpful. My dad then ordered and according to him, got a wrong order. He was less than polite about it and instead of going back in to ask for a switch, went through the drive thru and demanded an immediate fix. Despite this, staff adapted to this and quickly got him his correct order and were always polite. Food was perfect....read full review
