The pizza and food at DaVinci's is amazing, some of the best you will eat in the area. My favorite is the portabella mushroom pizza (so good). The problem is with the service. That is a hot mess and I think its because the owners do not know how to run a restaurant. First they should have one person handling take out orders and the phone. This person should be able to run the register as well. If not have a hostess type person that can seat people and run the register. The hostess can also help the server in getting drinks if the servers are busy. The night I was there it seemed everyone was confused and trying to do a little of everything, and I watched people not being seated standing at the door with open tables, tables sitting for a solid 10 minutes before drink orders were taken, etc. Plus calling in to place a to go order is next to impossible on the weekend. Then when you do get through you can be places on hold for a long time, and the order is typically not ready until a solid hour after it is placed. Second they need an updated computer system where the servers can type the orders in and the tickets automatically come up in the back for the cooks to see. Then the servers are not looking for hand written tickets, are not waiting on someone to type the order in to the register to get a receipt to hand tables, and the servers would be able to ring people up at the register so customers don't have to go to the register. This also avoids having lost tickets (also observed this when I was there). It also ensures that the tables are paying for everything they ordered. Last is a personal thing they need a supreme type pizza! They have a meat lovers pizza and a couple other specialty pizzas, but no supreme. When I say supreme I am thinking of pizza with meat and veggie options, such as a pizza with pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, onions, and green peppers. The meat lovers is good, but is a meat overload and being able to have some veggies would be awesome. Overall I love the food here, that is what keeps me coming back. But they do need to make a few adjustments so there isn't so much confusion among the staff.

I love this place so much. My favorite pizza on the shore, I haven't had a bad meal there. The staff is always super friendly, and on point. My only wish is that they would be able to expand their hours. I sure hope Da Vinci's stays around for a long time.

Pizza was good tasting as usual, but service left a lot to be desired. We called in a 2 pizza to go order while driving down to road and we were told it would be ready at 4:45. Got there at 4:40 and went in and paid and was then told by the lady that ot would be a short wait because my pizzas were just being put in the oven right then. Then waited another 15 to.20 mins...

I just bought a large pizza with pepperoni,Sausage, and peppers. 26 dollars!!! I was hoping it would be worth it but we opened the box and the pizza was soggy and my sauce just fell right off. This is ridiculous! I could get better pizza somewhere else for cheaper!! Wow

Great local Italian restaurant - obviously busy with carry out pizza orders - we had 2 of their pasta dinner specials - both were very good - generous portions too. Their salads were also very good. A hidden gem - we would recommend!

We came up to visit family and on the Eastern Shore the really good places to eat have always been few and far between and in my opinion DaVinci's is one of the best places to go on the shore. The price point, the food, the hospitality. I will definitely be dining here again.
tonight was the worst so called pizza I have ever been served. couldn't be sliced, cheese fell in a puddle if you tried to pick it up and you were left with a soggy bottom like a wet paper bag .

The service was nice and friendly..this was our first time eating there the food was delicious and the meatlovers pizza was cooked just right. Everything was delicious and we will be back and the homemade dessert was very different first time ever having Italian cake.
