For 18$ I will just go elsewhere when the one Sunday was advertised with other ice cream instead. Lady had serious attitude when I had told her 3 times at counter my son wanted oreos. When he didn't get them she said I didn't tell her. I understand being massively busy,however loose your nasty ignorant attitude. I will never visit this place I've wanted to try since I live here that just reopened! The heck with that! I'll drive to island creamery or Mr whippy instead! Where a smile and nice people go a longer way for my time. I could have cared less about the mistake if she was at least polite. The Sunday I ordered the penut butter explosion was advertised on thier Facebook page and was a gorgeous 3 scoop display. Definitely NOT what i got Not to mention it soposedly came with penut butter ice cream. No.... I just ate the sad thing that I was given She was so nasty I refuse to even bother her again. I just won't go back. We actually probably would have been back frequently due to my child's love of ice cream too I hate leaving bad reviews however. Lack of communication and the worst attitude ever, you earn this one! At least my take on this ... if your having a bad day, let someone know your.outnof something if you forgot it's OK just say I apologize I didn't hear that it's loud back here my bad I got you act like it's not a big deal. Do not blame your customer when 3 people clearly herd me!!! Do better Mrs blonde lady! Yup I'm calling you out at tye end. So when your having a horrible day I apologize for even being a customer and leaving any tips in your jar that day either!

The woman working there sold us rainbow sherbet and told us it was dairy free. I questioned her about it and she insisted it was dairy free. I have never come across a rainbow sherbet that was, they usually all contain dairy...the brand they carry was no different when I looked it up. Skim milk is the third ingredient on the list. I thankfully caught it before my husband had any more of his which would have been terrible for him. Hoping the little bit he had won't affect him. People with dairy sensitivities, this wouldn't be the place for you, especially with the staff's lack of knowledge in the dairy department.
