Normally I have nothing bad to say, but today was the worst. I ordered drive thru and had to wait twenty minutes before I decided to go inside and figure out what was taking so long. Come to find out they had to drop more dark meat for my order and I had to wait another twenty minutes. Now if they would of said that from the start I would of just got regular 12 piece family meal.

This is the cleanest Bojangles that we have ever been to. Mark, who is in charge of cleaning the dining area, is extremely attentive and does an excellent job. Very friendly staff. They were even decorated for Halloween.

Arrived at 7:40 pm and left at 7:45 pm. One car in drive thru and I'm the only one at counter. Ignored me for five minutes as they talked about getting off. Also chicken in trays looked old and full of crumbs. I've eaten here before for lunch and it was good. Also the manager was working hard beside his co workers. Disappointed.
