Service has been declining, yet the prices are steadily increasing. We've been customers for years (at least once a week and sometimes more) and here lately it's been poor. Here lately every time we order, we have to go back inside because something is missing. Lisa was obviously the one that kept everything running smoothly. Tonight it was my dipping sauce and both of our biscuits. No comment from the staff telling us that they were out of biscuits, but we paid full price for our meal. Step it up Bojangles. IA may be able to take our order, but the employees are the ones filling the orders...incorrectly.

B.s. service I waited over 20 min for a 3 piece and this is what I got. A chicken thigh smaller than the palm of my hand. Over $14 SMH. This generation is cooked.

Dirty ash, food was dry, my starry tasted like water then I went to go get sweet tea and that was nasty too. Theres flies and bugs on every corner of the building, people coughing with their mouth open. One of the worst fast food joints I ever went to.

Chicken sandwich was good but nothing great. I havnt been to a Bogangles in years so I was looking forward to it as I did a U turn to get in line at the drive thru. Employees were all very nice Fries were very good. Watermelon iced was was terrific

Clean & welcoming restaurant. Nice staff & outside is clean. The food was flavorless to be nice. The fries were so hard it was inedible. The mac & cheese taste like it was made in a lab. The chicken especially the dark meat was VERY GREASY, moisture shouldn't have to equate grease. The breading was nice & crunchy but the downside to that the extra breading the actual skin doesn't cook to its potential. The dirty rice was good though. I wouldn't go back!
Normally I have nothing bad to say, but today was the worst. I ordered drive thru and had to wait twenty minutes before I decided to go inside and figure out what was taking so long. Come to find out they had to drop more dark meat for my order and I had to wait another twenty minutes. Now if they would of said that from the start I would of just got regular 12 piece family meal.
