My experience was just okay. As a fast-food stop, the service was quite slow. The fried chicken itself was a bit bland and lacked flavor, and it didn't come with any sauce packets, which would have helped. The dining area tables weren't very clean either. Hopefully, they can improve on these points.

I'm not sure but the BBQ sandwiches may have made me sick. The BBQ sandwiches were not even on their menu. This was a surprise as BBQ is a Bojangles staple in the South. Also, I had to talk down the AI and get a human being at the ordering window, so I could get help finding the BBQ. I finally got a human being and it wasn't easy, as their AI had no clue what I was trying to order!

Go through the drive thru just to have to pull into a parking spot and wait. So far it's been almost 10 minutes. Nobody really speaks to you just asks for your payment and thats it. Customer service has gone to shit. Got here at 2:04 it is now 2:26 with no good in sight but people steady rolling through the drive thru

i went here the other day and the store was dirty. I ordered food and my chicken was dry and taste burnt and i found a fly in my mac! i am beyond disgusted if i could give this store no stars i would the manager was so disrespectful needs better staff that actually work and know how to clean 👎👎👎

If I could give 0 stars I would...my goodness how hard is it to tell customers it is going to be 15 minutes or more wait on chicken. Im traveling from Virginia Beach and I have never waited so long with others that had already been in line for 25+ minutes i later found out. This is unacceptable and should be looked into. Im sooo thankful VA Beach Bojangles doesn't treat their customers in such a horrible way.. Never stopping at this location again during my travels and will discourage any one I know from stopping. The poor older lady that was still waiting when I left. Stated she had been waiting for over 25 minutes. Sad! POOR SERVICE!

I wish I could give them a higher score but the temperature of the food was barely warm at best. Nonetheless, everything did taste good and no complaints in terms of freshness. I was actually surprised at the sides. They were much better than anticipated (string beans and Mac n cheese).
