Visited ( Onley Rt 13 store) after the Tour De Shore bike ride on June 14th afternoon and it was the absolute worst experience ever at a McDonalds! I went in as Drive through was not moving and ordered . I had to wait over 30 minutes for a frozen coke and three staff members I spoke with all had the worst attitudes ever. I observed other customers complaining about their order and attitudes. Next time up that way will NOT be stoping by!! Good grief !
Horrible customer service at night. Rude and disrespectful teenagers
Last two months one yes one order correct out of eleven visits . Service both curbside and drive threw range 15-23 minutes to get wrong food or old food that the cheese has dried out Made so many complaints and once received free food even . Does the owner care about this location at all ? There is not another location around as bad as Onley Va. Mc donalds . No onion /extra ketchup how hard is it to make ?
