The food should be spectated in going over before pursuing the delivery route. I just don’t understand how a simple task cannot be performed to its necessary deeds and this is also why I have applied for a manager position there so I can finally have nice pizza

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. When my friends and I first walked into this Domino’s, an older man working there seemed friendly at first. However, not long after, he came back over and started making comments that were rude, even though he tried to play them off as jokes. This was my very first time visiting this location, and I had pulled in from the McDonald’s parking lot and parked on the side of the building. There was plenty of space for cars to pass, and the store wasn’t even busy. Despite that, the employee asked me, “Where’d you learn to park?” and acted like I had done something wrong when I genuinely didn’t know their preferred parking setup. It made me uncomfortable enough that my friend and I stepped outside to wait. While we were out there, another friend stayed inside for the order, and the same employee made a comment out loud saying what I did was “lazy parking” and that I “didn’t know how to drive.” There’s a big difference between joking and being disrespectful, and the way he spoke to us felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I hope the store addresses this, because customer service should never make anyone feel singled out or embarrassed.

Hands down the best Domino’s in Va. I’ve been coming here for years. They’re very consistent and I’ve never really had any problems with them. Their pizza always hits the spot. 10/10

To be completely honest I do like Domino's Pizza. This location however sucks. Management leaves you on hold for close to an hour or just hangs up and delivery can't read your address so they tend to just deliver it wherever they feel like.

Ordered 3 pizzas and only 1 was correct. 1 was supposed to have extra pepperoni and did not and 1 was extra sauce and extra cheese, nope wrong again. Guess I'll have to make the drive to Papa John's to get a good pizza.

They claim to be open until 1:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights, website doesn't work for this store, I've tried numerous times not just tonight. I've been trying for the last half an hour to place an order online. it is now a quarter after 11:00 at night, sat on hold for 10 minutes trying to reach the store and nobody can be bothered to answer the phone. I'll never spend money at this location.

Don’t order garlic parm sauce on your pizza at the Orange location they charge $1.84 for the sauce change sadly have lost my business will have to go to Louisa from here forward cause they don’t charge for the sauce I could understand maybe 50 or even 75 cents but $1.84 just for sauce is complete robbery and looks bad on the owner for price gouging people

Our visiting soccer team ordered 10 pizzas for delivery to a nearby school. The driver was amazing, arrived right on time and called to make sure he could find us and helped us load all the pizzas on our team bus. Excellent service, thank you!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! Called ahead to have some pizzas ready at a certain time. Got there and was told 5 more minutes, almost an hour later and asking multiple times if the food was ready. Got told it’s been ready the whole time. So stupid, such a waste of time and effort on our part. Will not be back! I want my money back!
