I have to say I’m really disappointed in this place. I ordered a lox bagel box and was given something completely different. When I stopped by the next day to order something else, I mentioned that my order had been wrong the day before. The staff said they were aware of the mistake, but there was no apology, no offer to replace it, and no attempt to make it right.

The young ladies at the counter this morning were so kind and great with the suggestion of Cinnamon Roll coffee which I had in iced coffee. Also the espresso frappe with caramel and dark chocolate added was even better! Their breakfast burrito is well worth the price!
We will definitely stop in each time we are visiting.
Unfortunately this place has gone down hill in the recent year or so. I used to go often and loved their drinks but they take a long time to make drinks and the drink quality has declined significantly. The last three times I’ve gone the coffees I’ve gotten were tasteless and watered down and I ended up tossing them. Sadly won’t be going back after my third chance I gave them.
