Spent $40, Food was made incorrectly and missing 2 chili dogs and a fry from my order, called store to speak with manager and no answer. 30 minutes away and now my son's disappointed he didn't get his food I paid for for dinner. Unacceptable.

It's always a 50/50 chance if you get good service here. They have good food (if you manage to get it while it's hot) and sometimes a good person at the window. I asked for my burger a certain way, waited long enough I worried if I said something wrong, so I asked at the window after 10 minutes of waiting to confirm and was totally ignored. Got my receipt, it didn't say my order correctly and naturally what I got was wrong. The person at the window didn't seem to care. I hate leaving bad reviews for places when it's all fleeting, but it happens so often at this Hardee's. It's why we usually go elsewhere in town for food. Doesn't help 2/3 of the menu screens in the drive thru are broken. I wish someone would come in and help this Hardee's, if there is any comeback for it at all!

Quiet inside, a little pricey but ,... The food. No complaints This location had a fresh menu and quick serice
Never ordered due to an extremely rude woman this am. You all use to stop serving breakfast at 11 am and its now 12pm which i didnt know. I simply asked are they still serving breakfast because it was 10 53 am. She raised her voice and said 12, then followed up with there is a sign out there implying i couldnt read.

Been there twice in the last month and my Frisco bun/bread was not sourdough and not toasted. It was plain white bread!! The fries containers are not filled and the soda tastes awful!! I will not be going back there.
