Chicken is very good. Fish is spectacular. I have never lived close to KFC or Arthurs so It's not somewhere I go to often. But it certainly is a welcome change. Only things I could possibly comment on would be a piece of chicken that is over cooked. If you are eating inside the staff will replace it without question, but if you take it home to open it, oh-no I have only experienced that once and I called the restaurant, the manager on duty apologized and ask if he posted a note on his monitor telling staff I would be coming in for my replacement piece of chicken. 2 months later the note on the monitor was gone but I still got my piece of "replacement chicken" Thank you KFC

I completed my order for Cole slaw, fish and shrimp. The food was handed to me on arrival to the window. Normally, I would not be concerned for service this quickly. However, the facility was not busy with customers and this should have been a red flag when handed my food. This fish was hard and you knew it had been sitting in the window for a long time. The shrimp batter was falling away from the shrimp and rubbery because of the length of time being fried.After a 14 hour work day and paying for a service, frustration sets in because the food was not eatable at all.Very disappointed, the crew didn't discard the old food and make fresh....especially when they were not busy.

Chicken wasn’t the type we ordered, none of the sauces I paid for were included, had to wait xtra long after pre paying and was given a time but many people went thru the drive thru while we waited for extra soggy greasy chicken.What’s sad is while I put the order together thru the app, I knew it would be messed up. Thanx for proving me right !

Came through the drive through and my husband ordered his food. He let the friendly younger female know that the last visit he ordered fish and it wasn’t cooked all the way through and he’d like for it to to be cooked to order . She said ok. He repeated it again and the “Manager “ started yelling it’s all fresh at this time of the night. Soo at this point she’s fueled the situation Bc of her negative attitude. She then screams Goodbye with an attitude. We pull to the window and she comes to the window screaming and hollering and slams the window in his face. I understand being tired it’s late I get it but what happened to customer service?? All of this could’ve been avoided if she had’ve never replied on the speaker with an attitude. All she had to do was say yes sir we’ll definitely make sure things are prepared properly. This isn’t the first time that someone I know has encountered this negative behavior from her. She’s beyond rude and no one should have to deal with her attitude. I will be calling corporate.

I pulled up to the drive thru and waited no one said anything. The parking was empty I thought for a minute that they were closed. The trees around the drive thru is so overgrown you can’t see anything. I parked and went in stood up front and waited. Finally someone walked from the back looked up and saw me and kept walking like I wasn’t there. Finally someone comes up to take my order. By this point I was really annoyed but she acted like it was normal. Never the less I did get my food pretty quick being I was the only one in there.

Check your bagged order before you leave..spent $32.00 on dinners and no utensils, no dip and not even a single napkin..pathetic..there's a reason why I haven't been there in 6,7 months...lost a customer..I should have read these reviews before going there again..run Forrest run....

Not only was my mashed potates macaroni and cheese, but the chicken tenders where so old and hard I had to throw them in the trash. Guess it didn't matter that they forgot the sauces.FOR LOCALS: Does anyone say thanks anymore in this town. Lucky if you get eye contact! Very said we have such limited options.
