I experienced a small problem at this KFC but I want to let everyone know that the manager was so nice to 1st off believe me and then to be so nice about correcting the mistake.
The food has been greatly improved since this manager took over. Sorry I didn’t get her name but she is a wonderful asset to this business. I just want to extend my appreciation. I highly recommend this KFC.

Stopped in drive thru and they said it would be 20 minutes to get any order. Are you kidding? They are in the slow food business
This Manager Travis REFUSED(!) to cook more chicken at 10pm for me after I offered to pay full price. Best food I've ever had still asked for a refund ~ Natalie.
