Don’t come to this McDonalds I ordered off mobile app during work got there 15 minute later and the guy at the register said my card didn’t go through and had to pay it up front so I said it’s fine I parked the work truck to far from the place and I left my wallet expecting my card to quote on quote work then I told him if I wasn’t charged which he said no you weren’t charged so I said ok well have a good day then out of no where my phone notified me about being charged from this McDonalds same order and I tried calling them for a refund no answer these people tried ripping me off don’t come here

The young gentleman named Philip was amazing I was having issues with the app after I spent 40 dollars and he took the time to make sure he got everything figured out such and good young man!!!! Best employee there!!!

I went through the drive through, and ordered two mcchickens, a small tea, and a cheeseburger. My cheeseburger had MAYONNAISE on it, my tea had GRITS in it, and the guy at the register/window had NO customer service skills, and didn’t say one word. I didn’t even mind him not speaking, but paying for my food for it to be not right, is absolutely disgusting. Not only that, but I tried to call and let them know that the tea had grits in it so they didn’t have to face more complaints, however they didn’t answer even after calling 3 times.

McDonald's app had a problem and could not take a mobile order. Manager John rudely told me that there was nothing he could do to honor the price. If he's right McDonald's should give managers more authority to keep the customers happy. If he's wrong he should be replaced.
Food price for ice cream cone 2.99 before taxe and 3.34 after tax that is insane because Burger King it's $1.59 with tax

Old stale over-cooked double fish filet samiches and filthy store. I ate my sandwich as I was Hangry! Wife took hers back and got a delicious and hot quarter pounder with cheese. Waaaa, I should have done the same thing.

Just went through the window and got a double qp meal and it literally made me sit down and review these guys! Freshest and best cooked burger I’ve ever gotten from a McDonald’s and get this! Didn’t even give me a sad song about the hot mustard being 80 cents a pack when I asked for an extra. 🤯Haha I’ll be back!
