Lovely spa and small, boutique hotel in Virginia. Had a facial with Nicki who was wonderful. My sister lives in Orange County and loves the spa. Very good
salad but Cod slightly overcooked. Grilled octopus was delicious and service great.
A family favorite, We had my Mother's Birthday Party here and the service, food, and overall experience were amazing.
I also want to Thank Wednesday who knows our family and gifted a bottle of Sparkling Wine to celebrate the occasion.
Historic beautiful countryside.

The staff was professional, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. The staff offered excellent recommendations and guided us through the menu with confidence. Every dish we had was exceptional, beautifully prepared and full of flavor.
We celebrated my husband’s birthday, and the team made the evening feel personal and intentional. They addressed him by name and continued to wish him a happy birthday throughout the night, which added a thoughtful touch without being overdone.
The restaurant itself is stunning, with dim, intimate lighting that creates an elegant atmosphere. The space was immaculate and well maintained.
An outstanding experience from start to finish. We will absolutely return.

My now fiancé and I came to Vintage for our two year anniversary. He asked for a private space in order to propose. The accommodated it all! Including putting our names and congratulating us on our anniversary on the menus. They gave us the menus to take home. They made it such a special night!

Outstanding meal! The Inn is beautiful and the restaurant has a great atmosphere for a date night. True fine dining at a very reasonable price. The service was exceptional, similar to what you’d expect from a Michelin star restaurant. Every plate was presented with care and attention to detail. You feel as if you are the highest priority.
We got octopus to start. The sous vide preparation made it wonderfully tender and the saffron aoli went perfectly with it. Be sure to have a bite of the confit tomatoes with it. The rockfish was so yummy my wife says she’d have a hard time getting something else next time (and there will be a next time). I had shrimp and grits made from red corn with cheese mixed in. Get a bite with all parts of the dish at once and it’ll be one you remember.

Thank you Cris, Alexis, Sam, and Kelsey for looking after us so well on my wife's birthday. First, the room and ambience were exceptional. I liked the art (didn't love it, but I've seen some ridiculous things on the walls of dining rooms) and the sculpture was especially nice in contributing to the atmosphere. Seating was comfortable and roomy. Service for the entirety of the night was thoughtful, alert, correct, prompt, everything, in short, you might expect. The gazpacho as an appetizer was perfect on a day after we had hiked in the Shenandoah Valley and absolutely delicious, rich, and cooling, but with enough spice to wake your mouth. Next came the only hitch, which was my own fault: I didn't inform the restaurant that my wife and I are vegans when I made the reservation. They would have made something wonderful for us, I am sure. However, we're not extremists. We know that there will be times we won't be able to eat the way we prefer and so we adapt. Usually with a piece of fish. In this instance, it was once of the most beautifully prepared pieces of rockfish over pasta with eggplant and fresno peppers...melted in the mouth. We both loved it. Might be the last piece of fish we eat for quite a while, but it was a definite win as I calculate these things. Dessert was strawberry-lemon sorbet. Yes, fabulous, you know the drill by now. Good coffee too. That's it, that's all. You won't be disappointed. I'm done.
Wonderful experience for our anniversary dinner!
First time visiting and enjoyed everything from the moment we walked in, to the moment we left! The staff and food were phenomenal! The environment was very relaxing and beautifully decorated. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and they really made our night so special. Also, Wednesday is such a gem!
Highly recommend!
My husband and I went here for our 13th wedding anniversary, and truly think it was the best dining experience of our lives so far (and we have eaten at some amazing places before). The service was IMPECCABLE-attentive and kind, without hovering or intruding on our intimate evening. The atmosphere was so wonderful for an intimate dinner! We didn’t have to talk over others or music, worry about others listening in on our conversations because there was enough space between tables, and the ambiance of lighting and features was contributed to that feeling too. But the real winner: THE FOOD! The drinks, the amuse-bouche, the bread and butter, entrees, and dessert seriously were among some of the best we’ve ever had! I had the filet, perfectly cooked and seasoned, and my husband had the halibut that genuinely made me emotional from a single bite of how good it was. The whole meal felt cohesive, designed with intention, and cooked to perfection! We cannot wait to go back to enjoy another meal there!
I was looking last week to make an Easter brunch and my husband's 70th birthday reservation, and visited many restaurant websites to find availability and menus. There were many options available. The Vintage restaurant did not have its menu posted on its website. They did have the Mother's Day prefix menu posted. I called the restaurant to inquire about their menu and was told that it was not going to be the $75.00 per person prix fixe menu. She also said that she would have a menu printed with my husband's name. I made a reservation because we have dined there for brunch a few times prior and liked the menu options. I have been checking all week, looking for the menu, and it was just posted either yesterday or today. Just a few days before Easter. Well, it is a prix fixe menu and $75.00 per person. I called to inquire because the starters we not appealing to us. I was told Sorry, you were given the wrong information, but this is the menu and no other option. I explained that there is not an open reservation anywhere!!! I asked to speak to the manager, but she was busy. She does have my phone number and email contact, and she never reached out.
No regard that they failed to post the menu in a timely manner and spoiled my husband's birthday!! I was diligent, and they failed and do not seem to care.
We will not return or purchase any more gift cards for family and friends!!
Sitting here, very sad that my husband does not get his Birthday Brunch!!!!
