Love the coffee here!! Really comfy casual and VERY spacious seating area, always plenty of tables and there are a lot of outlets too. Not such a huge fan of their pastries but that’s ok. Always a lot of locals in here gossiping which is a fun vibe too haha.
Great atmosphere: quiet, quaint and friendly.
Awesome food: I got the sausage, egg and cheese English muffin and it was delicious. It was hot and flavorful. Not overly greasy. I highly recommend this sandwich.
Drinks: I got the hot matcha latte with oatmilk. It was very creamy and just enough sweetness.

I'm here on an early Sunday morning. There's a nice mix of visitors and locals - pretty obvious from the conversations.
Reasonably priced, quality service.
