Staff is mostly nice but there is always a wait, I consistently need to ask for the topping on my drink and they use regular coffee instead of decaf without telling me.

Updated review 12/25: After over a year of being a regular, I have noticed some improvement, but only when experienced staff are on shift. The long-time employees consistently make drinks correctly and understand what they should taste like. When new or rotating staff are working, drink quality drops noticeably. If anything can be taken from this, it is that proper training and retention matter. Added one star for improvement ⭐️

Dunkin' is a welcoming restaurant with friendly staff, despite being short-staffed and busy. The staff, particularly the long brown-haired employee with glasses, provides excellent customer service, recommending food and drinks and maintaining a positive attitude despite challenging circumstances. Recent reviews highlight their great service, with staff being very nice and friendly, even when handling last-minute orders like 200 munchkins. Customers appreciate the hard work and fast service, especially during busy times. However, the restaurant's hours may be incorrect online, as they close at 8:00 instead of 9:00, which has led some customers to make long drives only to find they are closed. Donut availability may be limited after 11am.
