I got an iced caramel latte with an extra espresso shot (ordered on the app) and they were very busy when I went to pick it up inside! I’m not sure if his name was Jayden or Jaylen, but since it was busy he didn’t see the extra shot added on the ticket! I told him, and he insisted he make me a whole new drink. The second drink was PERFECT! Great customer service, super positive attitude, and made my morning!
Staff is mostly nice but there is always a wait, I consistently need to ask for the topping on my drink and they use regular coffee instead of decaf without telling me.

Dunkin' is a welcoming restaurant with friendly staff, despite being short-staffed and busy. The staff, particularly the long brown-haired employee with glasses, provides excellent customer service, recommending food and drinks and maintaining a positive attitude despite challenging circumstances. Recent reviews highlight their great service, with staff being very nice and friendly, even when handling last-minute orders like 200 munchkins. Customers appreciate the hard work and fast service, especially during busy times. However, the restaurant's hours may be incorrect online, as they close at 8:00 instead of 9:00, which has led some customers to make long drives only to find they are closed. Donut availability may be limited after 11am.
