The Ashby is always a pleasure! The food is always fabulously prepared and very creative. The wine selection is top notch, and the service is as well. This is a true gem, and we drive over an hour to come visit. Thanks again, Ashby!
Staff is fantastic. Breakfast was outstanding (Eggs Benedict with salmon & fresh baked croissant). Dinner was excellent. Kyle explained options and was attentive without being annoying. Calamari is best I ever had, crab-stuffed flounder with spinach and a nice sauce was good. Stephen the sommelier recommended a nice half-bottle (I dined alone) Sancerre from the Loire Valley. My complaint was that the only salad they had was a watermelon one. Must have a green-leaf salad option...
