This place has really gone downhill. Service is extremely slow, they’re constantly running out of items, and even when you finally get your food, the order is often wrong. It’s frustrating when you go in expecting a good meal and leave disappointed.
Honestly, the only reason this spot still has decent reviews is because of local folks hyping it up. If you’re coming from out of town or just want a reliable BBQ experience, I’d look elsewhere—you’ll likely be let down here
We Bluegrass BBQ to cater for an event and they were so easy to work with, very communicative, and delivered right on time (even an hour away)! Beyond that, the food was all delicious and our guests had great things to say about every dish. They were flexible with what they could make and even were able to cater to various dietary restrictions we had. Could not recommend them more!!

Stopped for a late lunch here after hiking the cascades and it hit the spot! While it was all really good, the hush puppies were particularly delicious! Prices were also very reasonable and our server was great.

Had the combination dinner with brisket, sausage and pulled pork along with hushpuppies, fries and Mac & Cheese.

Visited yesterday after the cascade waterfalls walk and wow🤩. We’re from UK and never experienced such a wonderful, authentic bbq restaurant. The staff were so kind and welcoming (I’m sorry I didn’t catch the ladies name) and the food was incredible! Between us we tried brisket, ribs and blackened cat fish. I’m honestly trying to work out if we can squeeze another visit in before we leave the area on Sunday. Thank you bluegrass for amazing food and warm, attentive service. ❤️❤️

Good food, atmosphere and prices. Both meals we got are pictured. Only complaint was the brisket, which was dry for that cut and price(compared to the rest of the meats). The staff was extremely friendly and our waitress was great.

This is a great barbecue place! We started with the loaded fries, they came out hot and perfect. Between the five of us we had the ribs, the brisket cheesesteak sandwich, brisket, and pulled pork. All we very delicious!

I stopped by a few weeks ago and forgot to write my review and forgot half my order. What I do remember is that I loved the food. They have great hush puppies. A lot of BBQ places don’t have them and if they do a lot of times they are too dry. These were perfect. Great service too and they have outdoor seating which is great. I’ll definitely be going back.

This is my first time here as I was passing through on thanksgiving weekend. When I was looking up restaurants near by to eat “Bluegrass BBQ” was top on my suggestions. I’m truly glad I got the opportunity to eat here! This place is phenomenal everything was up to par! For an appetizer we ordered the fried pickles and for being a smaller size the golden brown sauce was delicious. I ordered the combination B on the menu and I received the catfish which was extra crispy and the ribs. The ribs were just right and I mixed 2 of their sauces when I ate my ribs. With that combination I got 3 sides and I got the mac & cheese, sweet potato casserole, and the pepper slaw. The pepper slaw I didn’t not care for. However, the sweet potato casserole was great. The Mac and cheese was great nothing out of this world, but good. I did take a bite of my family members fried pork chop and man I wish I ordered that! Also, my family member ordered the smoked chicken and he loved it. I would definitely come back here if I was ever in the area.

The food here is absolutely incredible! We’ve been coming here for ages and have never had a bad meal or service. They’ve even catered a few events for us, like a retirement party and a company picnic, and everyone raved about the food and service. I highly recommend this place!
