Order at 1pm and this is what they gave me. Also asked for crinkle fries got half a serving of curly fries. Called. The manager did not want to give me a refund until I return to the store. Since it costed 15 bucks, Im gonna keep this stinky bag at my desk until I get there. Worst service I've ever had. Ruined my entire lunch. I will never eat here again. Arby's in Petersburg Va Apon further inspection from my meat smoking expert. The brisket was pulled early and also microwaved before it was put on the sandwich.

Today I went to Arby's and asked if they could add regular cheddar sauce into the white cheddar mac and cheese I have a child who has autism and food sensory issues he loves mac and cheese and we've had a hard time finding fast food restaurants that would accommodate without missing a beat the manager stepped in and asked if it was because of an allergy and when I told them no it was for a food sensor issue they made sure that the sauce was in there and that it was already stirred in I was anticipating stirring the sauce in myself but very appreciative that they did that My child absolutely loved it and told me he wants Arby's again they are very quick and efficient and caring
Love going to this Arby's because they are very fast and efficient but also because everyone there is kind they never miss order notes I never have issues when I order from there online unlike their competitor that starts with an m doesn't matter which establishment I go to with that franchise they still seem to mess up my order

The Manager there is awesome, the food was cooked well and the food was served quickly.
Staff was very friendly. I asked if they had a senior discount or a free senior drink. The cashier asked the manager. The manager said: I'm not sure, but I'll give you 10% off just for asking! How nice was that? She then asked for a name for our order. Most places will call out your name, when your order is ready. Not here! They never called our name. They just brought it straight to our table! Talk about service! I ordered the French Dip, and my sister had ordered the Classic roast beef sandwich. Both of our sandwiches were hot with ample meat and super fresh bread! So glad we stopped here!
