Staff was very friendly. I asked if they had a senior discount or a free senior drink. The cashier asked the manager. The manager said: I'm not sure, but I'll give you 10% off just for asking! How nice was that? She then asked for a name for our order. Most places will call out your name, when your order is ready. Not here! They never called our name. They just brought it straight to our table! Talk about service! I ordered the French Dip, and my sister had ordered the Classic roast beef sandwich. Both of our sandwiches were hot with ample meat and super fresh bread! So glad we stopped here!

The food is alright but has changed a bit too dry and just doesn't meet the quality of 4 years ago....I do prefer Arby's over ALL other fast food restaurants... just not what it use to be

I was door dashing tonight and the manager that’s on duty was very nasty to me. Very rude and a bad attitude. How do you get into a position of management and have poor customer service. Just from my encounter while door dashing I’ll NEVER eat her and she should be demoted. If you hate your job then quit ma’am.

I got the Brunswick,,Stewart three times in a row and never received any crackers nor utensils so the next time I asked for them and they told me I have to request for them so what am I supposed to do drink the stew I have had to many problems with this place so I am done with them
