I am giving you one star because I had to otherwise you wouldn't get any. When we order our food at the drive-thru I had to repeat my order twice. I ordered the thigh and biscuit snack, but that's not what I got. We were about halfway home when I checked my bag. There were fries and a biscuit in my bag. Now who would order fries and a biscuit? Really? How did the lady not think that sounded wrong? Anyway, we won't be going back to this Bojangles ever again! The lady wasn't even friendly. Teach your workers some customer service skills.

Worst example of a Bojangles I've ever been to. Food was left over. Potatoes were like leather. We were traveling or I would have demanded my money back. Was 5 miles down the road when we ate
Rude employee in drive-thru refused to give me a cup of water, told me that they have to charge me and that since I didn't ask for the cup of water when I ordered she couldn't add it to the order. Let it suffice to say that I will never stop at this location again and I am very disappointed in the poor customer service and the fact that they want to charge for a cup of water.

At 11:30 am drive thru closed. Waited in dinner room 30 minutes and watched server eat on the line while waiting on my food. At one point a staff member came out & counted the number of guest in the dinning area waiting to order and said they were going to have to lock the doors. One side of the restaurant doors were already locked. Fries were overseasoned & extremely salt and chicken was soggy. Also after eating I asked for a refill and was denied stating that they weren't doing refills for the day. I spent $33 waited 30 minutes & couldn't even get a refill! Staff had attitudes with each other in front of patrons. CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE 1st and last time ever eating at this location. Was passing through on my way out of town. I usually don't go to this particular one and I shall never return. Do better!

The Petersburg location you need to be aware of your orders, especially if they ask you to move near the door and wait, they will forget what you order, very nasty attitude about it too, yesterday they did that to me and I had to walk in to get a combo, the cashier who took my money at the window got an attitude when confronted..seriously..I worked at burger King when I was younger and I did not forget a customers food..or had such a bad attitude about were I work...and the fish sandwich is forgettable, go to Arby's for that...across the street in Petersburg

Stopped here on the way to Richmond to grab a quick bite to eat. Drive through. Food was a little slow to come out. My son's chicken sandwhich was good, my chicken fillet was a little dry and hard. My son wanted a drink with no ice, 1/2 to 2/3 full with ice. The fries were the best part. This location will not be first on my list of places to top to eat going forward.
