The food was cold I came back I got them to redo it the chicken fries were still cold and he only gave me nine instead of 12 which is what I paid for do not go here the three star rating is being generous it's always a problem this is my final time going here because when giving a chance to resolve the issue they still messed up

I was asked to park in front because my food wasn’t ready. When the dark red head came to give me my burger I asked for ketchup and she just looked at me and went inside. Totally got ignored. What’s the point of the drive through if you have to park and get out anyway because they ignore you. Bad service. Very disrespectful and disappointed. 09/12/2024

Parking: Plenty of spots right in front of the entry door!
The people were genuinely nice but that’s as far as it goes with a good experience.
The place is just a mess. Extremely dirty overall. The bathrooms, the back, the dining room, the drive through. Just close this place down. I’ll never go back.

Lazy close 20 minutes before the posted time management says they are short staffed when I count at least three of them playing on their phones
Horrible customer service in drive through. Young lady was extremely rude. Asked for napkins a sauce since they forgot to put them in bag. She was irritated and stayed on microphone. Handed my husband the dips. As she handed them to him, she didn’t even look. Just dropped them and missed his hands. They dropped on ground. She continued on the microphone didn’t even look when he said you dropped them. He had to pull truck up and get them off the ground. Even then she still didn’t acknowledge him. We have never been treated like that before. She should not be working in customer service. My husband even after that was extremely polite and told her have a good day. We stopped there after a long drive to get home. I do not recommend stopping here, given the past reviews and experience this is not the place to go. Mind you we are our meals even after the order was messed up. We asked for no let and no tomato. Given the lack of any kind of respect we figured it wasn’t worth getting it corrected and dealing with her.

The drive through was broke. Cold chicken fingers. Microwaved burger. No salt, pepper, or ketchup for the fries and nobody asked either. The parking lot looks run down and dirty. The grass is not being cut. Looks run down.
