This place is filthy. Stoped to first use the bathroom, then get onion rings. Once I almost got stuck to the bathroom floor, we walked right out, san Onion rings. Very sad. Very disappointed.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I went through to be drive through, ordering the 3 for $7 deal, bacon cb, chick fries med fries. Sat behind one customer for 15 minutes, get to the window, and they chargee for the order behind me, 9.00 and some change. I politely ask why. The worker got a ridiculous attitude, walked away from the window, and told the manager to deal with me and my attitude. Do she comes to the window after 4 minutes sdks me what my problem was, I told her I did not have a problem, that I simply asked why s 7.00 order was ,9.00+. She asked what I ordered, I told her. Then she asks if someone actually took my order? I replied, I less I'mivo g in a parallel universe, I'm pretty sure the young lady took my order and requested I pull to the second window. So I then had to wait another 15 minutes to get my food, was not asked about condiments or anything, then she walked away the window. I will not go back, even if I was starving.

I got a large ice coffee with my order that was filled to the top with ice so you 1/4 coffee, the young lady took the ice out and it only 1/4 iced coffee so she put it to 3/4 and added a little ice. My point when I pay $3.00 I don’t want to pay for ice. They’re not the only place that does this, also the charge you for cheese , but don’t give you a credit if you say no Tomato or onions

Every time I deliver at Gerdau, I stop here! The food is always fresh, and the bathrooms are clean,and the staff always treat me like family. And they have a few spots to park my semi too!! Will be back every visit to Gerdau!!

The food was cold I came back I got them to redo it the chicken fries were still cold and he only gave me nine instead of 12 which is what I paid for do not go here the three star rating is being generous it's always a problem this is my final time going here because when giving a chance to resolve the issue they still messed up

I got food poisoning do not eat here at all. Gentleman that took my order was very polite, woman bagging order's was irritated to say the least. No trays old food crappy environment. How this place is still open I'll never know.

I was asked to park in front because my food wasn’t ready. When the dark red head came to give me my burger I asked for ketchup and she just looked at me and went inside. Totally got ignored. What’s the point of the drive through if you have to park and get out anyway because they ignore you. Bad service. Very disrespectful and disappointed. 09/12/2024
