I’ve ordered from here twice and both times I had to get a refund because they were either closed or didn’t answer the phone. I’m not sure if it’s a real establishment or not! AND I STILL CAN’T FIND A PHONE NUMBER THAT WORK

Ordered philly cheese steak from the limited covid menu. Nothing on the grill when I order. After 20 minutes I go in to check and see a pile of still pink meat on the grill. It doesn't take that long, 6-7 minutes later it comes out. Fries are good. Meat is unseasoned, no onions or peppers. Not worth the price or effort. I'll try them again after the covid restrictions but was not impressed by this visit.

I love coming here. Their mushroom Swiss burger is one of the best. It was a special with a buck off. They are offering inside dining but have 5 picnic tables outside where you can eat and take your bar beverage. Always friendly service and great food . Support local business.

I've eaten at Alibi several times in the last 2yrs. Always satisfied with my order. Their shrimp and grits are my favorite and best I've had in VA so far. I usually don't order takeout from restaurants because the food doesn't taste the same or portions are smaller but during this Coronavirus pandemic only takeout is permitted. I have no choice but to her takeout so I did but didn't have high expectations. I ordered my shrimp and grits and it was perfectly portioned and as delicious as eating it in the restaurant. I was more than satisfied! Even my left over the next day was perfectly delicious. Of all the takeout food I've had in the past 2weeks, this was the best. I'm so thankful that Old Towne's Alibi is still open and full menu (except oysters) is available. Order up some shrimp and grits for an amazing #hometogether dinner.

Great home cooked food. Staff is friendly. Drinks are awesome. Been here for lunch and dinner. Only 4 stars because Cesar salad was just white lettuce. When asked about substitution the female cook didn't know that they had spring mix. I happened to explain to the manager why I sent it back and she informed me of the spring mix and new Cesar mix. Small incident, so will be coming back.

I love this restaurant, the food has been good each time. The atmosphere is always laid back and the people are friendly. Only gave it four Stars because my chicken was just a teeny bit overcooked, my friend had no complaints on the nachos. I really want to catch a live band one night.
