Disinterested ppl behind the counter, non-responsive, depressed-looking; cappuccino was well-made, but the bagel turned out to be stale supermarket fare jaggedly sliced as if someone did it with their feet.
This place is a must for great coffee in a place with excellent ambiance. I ordered the special Brown Butter Sage Latte. Wow! Best Latte I have ever had and served beautifully. I also ordered their croissant ham and cheese. It was ok (good and flaky, but not a wow-factor).
Besides the amazing coffee, huge props to the owner for really making this place look amazing. Great decor and vibe that fits right into historic Petersburg.
