Undercooked eggs and terrible service.my poached eggs were hard.when I bought it their attention they only took the plate.didn't remove it from the bill.we liked the Bloody Mary and chicken and waffles but it's not a place we would return to.the entire time we were there the server came to the table 4 times.take order.deliver drinks, deliver bill and refill drinks once,I sent to the server station to refill our waters...twice.

IYKYK - there is nothing like cajun cooking. That is one of the things that is so great about New Orleans. I had gator bites and blackened chicken on pasta. The seasoning for each was out of this world. Ever the waitress had green fingernails which matched the festive Mardi Gras themed decor. It was a great experience all the way around. I highly recommend going here. The next time I travel for business in the area I definitely want to go back.

Truly enjoyed the music and the whole experience. The hurricane drink was delicious. The crawfish etouffee omelet was very good. We really enjoyed the alligator bites as well.

Great out door bar and food area. But the service sucked. Saw some people walk out because they never got service. We too waited way to long for our drinks. One of the bathrooms was way over flowing with trash. I tried to help. Then they messed up our drink order. Tried to help. Wouldn't recommend.

I loved the experience honestly. Got a seat right next to the music and the food was great!Edit: I forgot to mention I went on the brunch schedule - so I don't know about the other menu items but I still recommend.

This is truly the best patio vibe in the area! There's a big raised stage now for live entertainment and a great sound system. We were seated near the outdoor bar and the music was loud enough to get your body moving, but not too loud that you couldn't talk with the other folks at your table. As the crowds are returning to pre-Covid levels, the staff -- especially the new staff -- is trying hard to be efficient and and accommodating. Please be patient and kind!If you're new in town, I invite you to come check it out for a little mixing and mingling. The staff and patrons are very friendly and welcoming. I guarantee you'll make a new friend or two before you leave!

This place is amazing! If you haven’t been here yet you absolutely need to. Staff are very friendly, food comes fast and most importantly it is DELICIOUS. First night we got chicken and waffles and came back the next day to get the same thing because we couldn’t stop thinking about it. Don’t let downtown Petersburg scare you off, this place is a must visit.

I've been rocking with DJ for decades (not trying to tell my age!!). My daughter and I decided to visit one of his Old Town restaurants so that she could get her 'gator bite fix. Even though we didn't get to see DJ himself, the experience was still awesome! Our waitress was attentive and our food was on point! There was a DJ tonight and he had me dancing and singing in my seat! My Grandma would have popped me for singing at the table but I'm sure she would have been tapping her feet too! We got the 'gator bites, hush puppies (almost a meal in itself) and Shrimp Creole. Everything was so good. We shared everything and waddled out nice and full. Happy hour shooters for the night was Cinnamon Toast Crunch (Rumchata and Fireball). You aren't seeing double - we had two rounds! If you're ever in the area, stop by and enjoy a little glimpse of New Orleans in downtown Petersburg!

This was horrible. We came for a crawfish boil but they only do it once every blue moon which it was not stated any where. We are other things and the food was very bland.

Ambiance 0Food 0Drinks 0One of the worst ding experiences of my life. Uneven and too short chairs. Subpar food and the only other diner present ordered a medium rare burger and it came out raw. TRAGIC

There was only 1 woman running the bar and waiting on the tables. Torri was outstanding and we didn't wait a long time for our appetizers and meals. We had the alligator bites and boudian balls. We both had crawfish etouffe. We really enjoyed both. We have been looking for an authentic Cajan restaurant. The food was very close to what we ate at my husbands family in Louisiana. We finished up with the confession cake and it was amazing. We will be back!

It was giving regal New Orleans vibes. The perfect place for A New Orleans cuisine. My boy friend had the Alligator bites, Cajun Benedict, and I hand the Cajun Omelette. The Alligator bites seasoned to the gods, the Cajun Benedict had soooo much flavor! **CHEF KISSS** The omelette was cheesy and just perfect like a crawfish boil in omelette form. And don't get my started on the Raspberry Lemon Mimosa! Definitely recommended if you're in the Petersburg/Fort Lee area.
