Dominos is one of my favorite pizza places; doesn't matter what anyone says I just enjoy their pizzas, especially after they came out with the pan pizza and the $5.99 deals for any item on the menu. I have tried a lot of dominos in my time and unfortunately I have to rate this one a three stars because they don't follow my requests. I have asked for well-done square cut pizza for the past three orders and have not received that kind of order. I have received a couple undercooked pizzas, which surprisingly and fortunately still tasted pretty good. So when you're ordering from this Dominos, just keep in mind that they might not read your requests.

Ordered a pizza last night, I stay in a loft and I know from the past that there is problems with the intercom. Went outside to wait on my delivery, stood there for about 20 minutes because my app said the driver was in my neighborhood. I called the store to see if they might be able to locate the driver and was told by a rude female voice, if I had answered my phone, and would have gotten my order, then hung up on me. As I was entering into my apartment, I spotted the delivery person (the car had no marking to Identify it was from dominos. She had rode past me and went to the next building. I went to the store to talk to the manager (Jennifer G.) who was also the rude person on the phone. She repeated the same statement, if I had answered my phone, and told me to leave the store or she would call the police. I asked her to refund my order and give me the name of the franchise owner, she told me there's no such thing and I had to call 1- 800 Domino's. They will be getting a call about Jennifer G.

Ordered pizza and within 20 minutes it was at my order. The pizza was hot, but the toppings lacked tremendously. I ordered a medium pan pizza with Alfredo sauce and pepperonis. I legit had about 10 pepperonis on the entire pizza and the Alfredo sauce was barely there. Mainly bread and cheese. 2 stars for being under 30 mins but I'd of waited longer for more toppings..

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered for at 9pm estimated delivery was max of 68min. Received text at 9:35pm my food was out for delivery. My ice cold food arrived at 10:25pm. We attempted to eat it. But after driving 12 hrs and staying at a hotel we only had so many options. Only positive of this is I am being refunded my order.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered a small pizza and cheesy bread; the order left the store at 5:12. We didn't receive the order until 6:38. The pizza box was banged up and the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. It was also luke warm, at best, and the cheese wasn't melted completely. We also ordered two marinara sauces and received none. Before receiving the order, we filed a complaint just about the pizza being so late, so we couldn't add the other concerns, so shame on us for that one. We will NOT be ordering from here again.

Usually I like Domino's, and will go back to them when I can get it from a different store, but this store sucks. I've given this store multiple chances, the first 3 orders were incomplete when delivered (usually missing a drink or side), and I had to wait another 30-60 minutes to get the missing item. This time I was estimated (I know this is an estimation and can be off, I worked at a pizza hut) 30 minutes. Watching the tracker, the pizza was made pretty fast in about 10 minutes or so. It then sat for approximately 40 minutes before it was delivered. Again, working at a pizza chain I assumed it was at least kept in a warmer. When I received the pizza, it had been almost an hour since I had placed the order, and it was room temperature at best. I finally called this time to say something, and the manager just wanted to argue with me that it had not sat out for as long as it did and that it should be hot. Would not recommend this domino's, if you're in the area try another chain or local place.

You'd get faster delivery from New York City if you ordered it from this place. 7 minute away delivery took 2 hours 34mins. I'm in town visiting second time ordering from this place I ordered bread sticks, salad and a meatless pasta. I ordered a side of hot sauce and they forgot it again. I still over tipped 8$ on 22$ bill I'm over. Save your headache order from Papa Johns or Pizza Hut.

This place is horrible 5 hours for a pizza and no explanation when we call to see what's going on horrible customer service will never order again
Waited 40 minutes for my order to leave for delivery after being marked as done on the online tracker. I called the store several times while waiting for it to be delivered and received no answer. Then, after over two hours of waiting, I was finally able to get in contact with the store. The delivery driver decided to not call me to let me know the food was here, and just left with my food after waiting around for a minute or two. I was offered no form of compensation for my troubles, and was told it would be an additional two hours to get my food delivered.

Horrible waiting! Waiting 1hr and 15 mins for two medium thin crust pizzas... Finally delivered and they were ice cold. Called back and was placed on hold for 11 mins and was told they would remake pizza and send out quickly. Waited another 1hr and 15 mins and still never received the pizza.. Absolutely horrible horrible Dominos to order from. Great if you want ice cold delivered pizza.. Maybe

Yes deliver, no delivery: Arrived at Fort Lee last night, it was kinda late, we called Dominoes for delivery, they said it would be a two hour wait. We were like ok we will wait, that was at 11:00 pm, at 3:00 am still no pizza, we called only to find out that they were closed. REALLY!!! I cant even give them a star.
