Went on a Sunday (March 1) at 11:20 am. Ordered an unsweet iced tea and was told they don’t serve iced tea in the morning. It was nearly lunch time, I’ve always ordered iced tea from every Dunkin I’ve been to at all hours of the day.
Then I ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was so lightly coated with cream cheese that it was undetectable. At most Dunkin’s, I have way more than enough cream cheese. They also did not include napkins in the bag in the drive through. How is this not automatic? I switched to a medium coffee and it was fine. Only reason for 2 stars. The general sense from the employees was lack of care and interest in serving a customer.

Bacon on my sandwich was raw and on the top of the croissant, not even in sandwich. They refused to remake or to give me the fresh donuts I asked for and gave me some old hard donuts my 3 year old wouldn’t even eat

I keep telling myself not to go back but it is the only coffee spot near me. My experience gets worse and worse each time. Each time there are different staff members too which makes it more concerning with their level of horrible service. They are super slow. And recently charged me for two iced coffees just to let me know at the window they are out of coffee?? Not to mention when they do have iced coffee it tastes like soapy water.
