Promote Jay, terminate the rest. I don't know if Jay is new or a veteran but he was clearly the only one willing to work today at 11 AM.
While our mobile order wasn't ready when we arrived, he was the only one who seemed interested in solving that. He prepared both of our drinks perfectly, then loaded up our munchkins exactly as we asked.
Meanwhile, another gentleman in the back was enjoying his downtime, singing along with the radio while reminding Jay about more tasks that had to be done.
The shorter woman was roaming around like she was lost before ducking into the restroom for the rest of the time I was there.
It looked like a one man show and Jay was holding it down. He alone is the reason I'll even consider returning because everything was made correctly and promptly. He deserves coworkers who like their jobs.

Waited 40 minutes for our kiosk order. To be missing food. Coffee had to be remade for it to be just as disgusting. The guy taking orders is shouting at everyone while they’re talking to him in a normal inside voice. One guy is setting orders on receipts behind the pick up counter not even calling peoples names out, another one is setting drinks in the counter and not calling peoples names. 30 minutes later another dude man comes out of the kitchen loudly shouting names (first time I’ve seen this guy, and again, we’ve been here for 40 minutes and trust me I’ve been watching all of the people go up and get their food, including people who came in long after we did and ordered what looked like the same kind of food on the kiosk) and handing them their order. After walking to the counter for the fourth time this visit he asks us what we’re waiting on. He said under his breath as he turned around that he was just asking where that order was. Goes to the kitchen and I can hear him saying what are we waiting on for this order, comes back up and says he called our name but I guess you didn’t hear me. BS. Ignorant, unprofessional, awful. Worst experience ever. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Loved the donuts, staff super friendly, really wish I wash my hands after wiping though. Since no soaps in the bathroom I wonder how employees wash their hands after using the only bathroom in the building.

It's donuts how can you go wrong. The person at the register was chatty with some regulars and inattentive when I ordered asking multiple times what I wanted. It didn't know what a Nitro was although they serve it there. To note, the Nitro was conspicuously absent of the nitrogen gas that makes it foamy and this day they were out of a lot of donuts. I've been there before when they were well stocked. Maybe they were having an abnormally busy day.

Hands down the BEST Dunkin location! Staff is friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great start to my day. Shout out to the whole crew, and thanks to the manager too! He was friendly and made sure I was happy with my order!

In my order, I asked for a plain toasted bagel because I have an allergy. They gave me a toasted bagel with sausage, even though I said I wanted a toasted bagel without anything. Guess what they did? They just took out the sausage! What about me? Should I die just because some people can't do their jobs?

I always go through the drive through and without doubt something is left out from my order. And they never have anything in stock. Poor management for not stocking properly

Petersburg runs on Dunkin ? ❤️ location was clean. Not sure how quick the drive thru is because we went inside. They were sadly out of stock of my favorite donut so I opted for their 6$ breakfast combo. Hash-browns were seasoned which was good. Bagel was nicely toasted and the egg was cooked through. Iced PSL was good.

Food is OK. Lobby is dirty and no napkins. The guy takes your order and walks away without giving you a receipt. Then they proceed to call out numbers and nobody knows who it belongs to. Also no toilet paper in the restrooms this is wild. Sign outside says Petersburg runs on dunkin', it should say Petersburg runs away from dunkin'.

Stopped in today 10-20-24 to pick up the new Halloween bucket of dunchkins for my kids that went on sale today only to be told you must purchase a dozen doughnuts in order to get the bucket and pay for both when I asked what variety of doughnuts they had available the guy points to an empty display case with maybe 6 chocolate doughnuts which looked old as hell I refused and went next door to sheets for lunch I did place a call to corp asking why we must purchase a dozen doughnuts just to get the bucket of dunchkins and be forced to pay for both they said that's not the case and we were not given correct info I really hope the manager handles this as your running off paying customers please get your store employees on the same page so your not feeding the public false info
