Bacon on my sandwich was raw and on the top of the croissant, not even in sandwich. They refused to remake or to give me the fresh donuts I asked for and gave me some old hard donuts my 3 year old wouldn’t even eat

I keep telling myself not to go back but it is the only coffee spot near me. My experience gets worse and worse each time. Each time there are different staff members too which makes it more concerning with their level of horrible service. They are super slow. And recently charged me for two iced coffees just to let me know at the window they are out of coffee?? Not to mention when they do have iced coffee it tastes like soapy water.

Promote Jay, terminate the rest.
I don't know if Jay is new or a veteran but he was clearly the only one willing to work today at 11 AM.

While our mobile order wasn't ready when we arrived, he was the only one who seemed interested in solving that. He prepared both of our drinks perfectly, then loaded up our munchkins exactly as we asked.

Meanwhile, another gentleman in the back was enjoying his downtime, singing along with the radio while reminding Jay about more tasks that had to be done.

The shorter woman was roaming around like she was lost before ducking into the restroom for the rest of the time I was there.

It looked like a one man show and Jay was holding it down. He alone is the reason I'll even consider returning because everything was made correctly and promptly. He deserves coworkers who like their jobs.

Waited 40 minutes for our kiosk order. To be missing food. Coffee had to be remade for it to be just as disgusting. The guy taking orders is shouting at everyone while they’re talking to him in a normal inside voice. One guy is setting orders on receipts behind the pick up counter not even calling peoples names out, another one is setting drinks in the counter and not calling peoples names. 30 minutes later another dude man comes out of the kitchen loudly shouting names (first time I’ve seen this guy, and again, we’ve been here for 40 minutes and trust me I’ve been watching all of the people go up and get their food, including people who came in long after we did and ordered what looked like the same kind of food on the kiosk) and handing them their order. After walking to the counter for the fourth time this visit he asks us what we’re waiting on. He said under his breath as he turned around that he was just asking where that order was. Goes to the kitchen and I can hear him saying what are we waiting on for this order, comes back up and says he called our name but I guess you didn’t hear me. BS. Ignorant, unprofessional, awful. Worst experience ever. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Loved the donuts, staff super friendly, really wish I wash my hands after wiping though. Since no soaps in the bathroom I wonder how employees wash their hands after using the only bathroom in the building.
