Petersburg runs on Dunkin ? ❤️ location was clean. Not sure how quick the drive thru is because we went inside. They were sadly out of stock of my favorite donut so I opted for their 6$ breakfast combo. Hash-browns were seasoned which was good. Bagel was nicely toasted and the egg was cooked through. Iced PSL was good.

I don’t know who is hiring the staff at this Dunkin but you need to take over colonial heights too! Your employees working the morning of 8/17 were absolutely incredible! All 3 of them were so friendly and welcoming! Best experience I’ve had at a Dunkin in years! As someone who helps run a customer service team.. bravo!!

Very disappointed at my 'dine in" experience. I am a older American and disinclined to use kiosks, online ect. Even avoid drive thru if I can . Inside Ckerk was very disinterested in small talk or questions to the point of ignoring me especially after payment. Very limited seating inside. Doughnut and coffee good but probably not go back while I'm here.
