I went through their drive thru 2 days ago. Ordered a double Frisco and a double Mushroom Swiss, I had to pull forward and wait for the order, no big deal. I was headed south bound on on Interstate 85 so I decided to eat the food at the rest area just before the Dinwiddie exit. I should of looked at the sandwiches before leaving! When I stopped at the rest area, and opened the contents of my order, I discovered that all 4 patties were WAY over cooked! Literally like hockey pucks! So overcooked that I could barely chew them, or taste any of the other ingredients in the burgers! I just tossed both sandwiches in the trash. Anybody, and I mean anybody, who put the sandwiches together had to know these patties were garbage! So I just pissed away roughly $20.00, but I wasn't gonna waste the time to turn around and head back. I'm usually pretty tolerant when it comes to fast food mistakes, but this crap was inedible!
Finally, please spare me the "we are sorry, blah, blah, bullcrap", and just do better!

So slow I had to leave. Not even first time that's happened for me there. 6th car in the drive through, after 25 minutes I was the 3rd car in line. This isn't an employee issue, this is operator mismanagement. Clearly nothing prepped in advance, likely in a futile attempt to save cost. Pair that with understaffing and you get 8-10 minutes per vehicle. The irony is they probably lose more money this way than if they operated effectively. I placed an order, they likely started it, and then have to throw it away because the patron is gone after 25 minutes without getting to the window. I have no interest in doing your automated bot survey to tell you more. I don't even want the food, I want my half hour back but you can't do that so you've lost a customer for life.

This restaurant is filthy. The restroom looked and smells like it had not been cleaned all day. Air conditioning vents are blackened with grease, and dust. This place needs to be shut down until it is up to par. I hate to think what the food prep area looks like.

We had gone there on Friday. I ordered the chicken tender wraps, they were delicious. But on Sunday evening it was very different. I ordered wraps again and received 1/2 of a tender in each wrap. Very disappointed in the evening service.

Food was excellent, hot and fresh but this is quite possibly the dirtiest place I’ve ever eaten in. The tables had crumbs and grease smears on them, there were puddles on the floor and trash lying around. The bathrooms were gross. The staff were very pleasant but didn’t seem concerned enough to wipe down the tables in the dining areas or mop the sticky floor by the soda machine.No pride in their place of work. I wish I’d seen the previous review before deciding to stop here.

Never stop here. The nastiest Hardee’s I have ever been to visit. The smell upon entering should have been my warning. Food was ok. Not hot. And the dining area was NASTY !! NASTY is all I can say to describe this establishment.
Dirty, filthy, sticky floors and cold burgers. Never have i ever been to such a dirty, mismanaged Hardee's. Hardee's is my favorite Burger Place, but this one is the bottom of the barrel.

Dinwiddie VA, 9am Sunday 9/22 we stop with RV and trailer. Doors locked, people inside. Customer unlocks door. Girl in kitchen screaming/cussing about how "she can't do it. Nobody here. Come in the Fn back and cook it yourself" Young man up front apologizing emphatically but obviously can not change/handle the girl. We can't drive through with RV. Grossly understaffed, but if this is the way employees act it's no wonder. Corporate needs change at this location ASAP.

This particular Hardee's has consistent excellent customer service. The associates are friendly and courteous. I enjoy the sausage and gravy biscuit. Hardee's has beat the competition on this one. It is always served fresh and hot. Thank you!
