I love Hardee's breakfast the best,but the one on Crater road, one the store need to be updated on the outside and maybe on the inside too. Service sucks, I don't know if it's because they don't have any help or what, but the food has always been fresh. Just pick up the drive thru pace. I use to work at one and you use to have to pull that car in drive thru after two mins....not this one you just sit and wait....

I visited this Hardee's for the first time today 12/18/25 Asked for the Hand breaded chicken biscuit and sm hash rounds. When I got home I received a spicy chicken biscuit I did not at any time ask for spicy. I really wanted a chicken biscuit was disappointed.If I want another biscuit will have to another Hardee's somewhere else. You got 1 star because I had to check that to do review. Real score o

Yesterday on August 26th, 2025, I like spending my 2 dollars for my mom to pay for our meals to eat to enjoy, and I taste my sprite soda, and it seems to be flat like water when it has no right of the flavor.
I now understand the low ratings - dried out stale buns, dried out patties, haphazardly tossed together with zero resemblance to the advertised photos. And my Superstar only had one instead of two patties and cheese.

First sign should have been the empty parking lot. The employees could use some people skills training, but more importantly, everything was filthy, outside and in from the looks of it. I was almost tempted to cancel my order when I could see caked on dirt at the drive through window. The food sealed the deal on writing this review. The fries tasted stale like they’ve been under a heater for hours, and the burger was just nasty. I’m usually a fan of the Hardee’s chain, but not this one.

And they still have French toast sticks on the menu even though I was told the don't sell them anymore false advertising
