Waited for several minutes, saw the cook placing food in the bin. Saw, what looked like, the manager, but he did not acknowledge that I was waiting for service. Sad, because I do not stop for breakfast ofter but when I do I enjoy spending time at this Hardee's location.

The food and service was great! But the store was in disrepair and really made the employees work extra hard just to do their job. Window didn’t work properly and the drive thru speaker and menu was messed up.

Food was pretty good, fries were hot, but they were slow. Not as bad as some places.
The server spoke so low I could hardly understand, had to wait at least 10 minutes for my orders and once I got it the "burger" meat looked like an impossible burger and the ham and cheese sandwich was mostly bread.

Got a mushroom Swiss burger and chicken tenders. The tenders were delicious, crispy and juicy, and were great w/ the buffalo ranch (best sauce!)
The mushroom Swiss burger is good, but the mushroom sauce has a strange “burnt” hint of flavor to it that’s hard to describe. Easy to ignore but not the best flavor addition to an otherwise great burger!
Staff was nice. Place is very empty though and feels kinda sad.

If I could give zero for customer service, I would. How does 1 stand there for 5 minutes without being acknowledged? 1 person counting the till is PARTLY excused, however, she could have said something to the other 3 people in the store. I ended up walking out.
