Service is fast when not busy but i asked for no cheese on my burger and they still gave me cheese, which got stuck on roof of my mouth. I did not enjoyed that meal at all. Disappointed.

Thanks Hardee’s for making me wait 15 mins for soggy lettuce that looks to have mild on it. I would not recommend anyone going there. For a 15 min wait With out being busy that is a slow time for drive thru.

Went through the drive thru. Seems as if they only take one order at a time and wait to take the next order until the first one is filled at the window. Took at least a good 20 minutes waiting in line and there were only 3 cars in front of me. The cashier looked like she was stressed.

I usually frequent this restaurant at morning, but went there this evening to get a quick dinner, and regretted it, food wasn't prepped right, ordered two big Hardee's ended up with 2 double cheese burgers with catsup, where was the hardee sauce?Even a simple cheese burger was subpar.Not to mention , I waited for 20 minutes for the food and got rewarded for our wait some stale reheated friesNext time, stick to this place for breakfast, and avoid this place for dinner and go to the Hardee's in new Bohemia.

They forgot the bacon on my fresco, I thought I was losing my mine and looked at the picture, then looked it up online. I was upset but didn't want to cause any problems because I think they were getting inspected. A little disappointed but I assume it was just a mistake.

Waited 10 minutes in the drivethrough and nobody answered. Parked to come inside because they clearly were open, but no staff were at any windows or counter. When I reached the counter inside there was ONE man doing the drive through, cooking, and front counter. There were multiple employees in the back laughing and carrying on while this ONE employee did everything. He clearly wasn’t trained as he had to yell to them in the back to ask multiple questions. While talking to the man, the other employees were constantly making fun of the other guests at the drivethrough for trying to get service. “That person honked their horn, hahaha, I should honk back HOOOOONNNNKKK.” That man deserves a raise, everybody else is a sad excuse for an employee.
Food was hot and tasty but had to eat in the car. Drive thru only.

Went through the drive thru because the inside was closed. I ordered my meal and had waited like 20mins. The staff was friendly I must say. I asked for no cheese on both my burgers after I got my meal my fries were lukewarm and one of my burgers had three layers of cheese on it.

Waited 15 minutes for my order through the drive thru lane , the staff seemed not to care how long I had to wait when I asked about my order other I had to wait because of short staffing. Never again I will be a customer
