We had a party of 20. We were scheduled to be seated at 6:00pm. They instructed us that we had to stand outside until 6:45 pm in 40-degree weather. When we were seated in our room, we had to stand up until the room was cleaned. We received our appetizers with our entrées. Some of us didn't receive our entrées until it was 9 pm. 9 out of 20 entrées were wrong. I could go on and on, but moral of it, it was a terrible experience. If you have a wheelchair I wouldn't recommend going here.

I love this restaurant. Everything on the menu that ive had has been delicious. My favorite is the spinach and artichoke dip with the pita chips omg. There is never a drop left. The portions are okay. Not super big but reasonable. Its a tad pricey but worth it, I’ve lost count of how many times ive come there. I would say I’m a regular at this point

This is the second time I have eaten at Joe's Steak and Seafood. The first time was before the pandemic and again last week. I can honestly say that both times I visited, the food was not up to a good quality restaurant. I ordered the grilled seafood platter which comes with a crab cake, shrimp, scallops, a flounder fillet, cole slaw, and a baked potato. Starting with the good thing about the visit, it was the server. She was very pleasant, attentive, and always responded to requests at all of her tables. Now for the food. The baked potato was just ok with a medium sized potato served with butter and sour cream. The crab cake had so much filler that I hardly saw, much less tasted any crab meat in it at all. The shrimp, having been cooked on a flat top grill was severely overcooked and somewhat tough. The scallops were cut in half and mixed with the shrimp. The scallops, thankfully, were cooked nicely. The flounder filet lacked flavor and just looking at the fish I had on my plate, I question as to weather it was actually a piece of flounder or another type of fish that was substituted. The server recommended cole slaw as a side dish and described it as a mayonnaise base. However, when the cole slaw was placed on the table, it did not have resemblance to a white mayonnaise based cole slaw. It was also lacking the flavor of a traditional cole slaw.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend eating at this restaurant. I was told that it was under a new ownership, but I found the food has not changed over time.

The food is excellent! I highly recommend if you’re in the area to dine here. Everything was cooked perfectly! The waitstaff really care about their customers. If you get the pleasure of having Tiffany as your server you will not be disappointed! She is the best! Prices are reasonable especially with the portions you get! Sometimes there’s a wait but trust me it’s worth it!
