Everytime I go to this particular location they never have food prepared it's always a 20 minute wait for CHICKEN or something's not available I have this piece in this but not in that or we are out of a particular piece, not fixing more it's always something. I'd gladly leave and go to Bojangles or travel to Dinwiddie just to get what I want!

Went to KFC yesterday. I stood in line behind an elderly couple. For quite a while. The elderly Woman Told me that they were in a shift change. So I waited. Soon, one of the workers told the guy who came up behind me That it would be 30 more minutes. I said why will it be 30 more minutes? She responded. Well we only serve the drive thru right now, so you will have to wait. And the drive through comes first. I said we've been here a while. We're customers too. We should get served. Can we at least get rung up? No, she said. So I left and the other people left. And as I drove away in the car, I looked back. There was no one in the drive through lane. Very disappointed. Last time I will go there. Very poor customer service.

It was 8:30 pm on Tuesday night. They close at 10 pm. Ordered a 16 piece meal. Was told they only had dark meat. Okay fine. Went to also order an 8 piece meal and was told I got the last of the chicken and couldn't get anymore because they were CLOSING. But there were three more cars behind me. Hours say they are open until 10:00 pm. Sounds to me like employees aren't working and causing business to lose profits.

My wife came there around 5pm, today Saturday march 22 2025. Ordered a bucket of chicken, and the supposed to be gravy suck. If you'll can't do better then this crap then they need to fire the whole crew, and start over with people that wants to be there. This crew is sorrrrrrry . Period.

The supervisor customer service skills were very unprofessional and she was very rude. I didn't get what I ordered and it was dripping in grease. I went back to tell them that wasn't what I ordered and tried to get something else and she wouldn't exchange it but said she can give me other wings Within a second she passed the order out the window and whole time it was the same exact thing I just have her back

Under new management and there’s a 40 minute wait on chicken. This place has always had the rudest employees but now add your poor service time to it. That’s ok though, Colonial Heights is not too far.

Another interesting experience at this particular location the uh cashier red hair insisted that we used the kiosks to put our orders in even though she had a registeri insisted that she rang me up because I had cash and I don't think the kiosks would actually take cash biscuits weren't ready order to about 15 minutes to get it's their Tuesday special 8 pieces for 10 bucks Think that an organization knowing that they have a special on Tuesdays would actually be prepared for the customers coming in to body specials that they're offering a lot of lingering and people's just not motivated My conclusion they need to re-evaluate the staffing and possibly retrain them or start Uber again good luck
