Went into KFC today for a pot pie, and it was absolutely disgusting. I remember back in the day they used to make those things good, whoever made this one sucks.

My husband and I haven't been to kfc in almost a year and it was a pleasant welcome back all of the food we ordered was very fresh it even seemed that the soda was extra fresh as well we will most certainly visit more frequently based on that experience

I ordered from the kiosk . i did when i got my food a famous bowl and a kids meal. when i got my meal i was missing both of my drinks when i asked for the missing items the staff made it seem like I was trying to get free stuff. at the end they gave my cup for my famous bowl. I told them i was still missing my juice for the kids meal but they kept telling me that it was in the bag the bag which I checked multiple and did not see the in the bag.

Excited to hear the hot wings were back I finally make it to KFC excited all to be disappointed! Let's start by acknowledging that all the workers had attitudes&only had been open for an hour.(Major Red flag) They all look like they just got out of bed and had came to work dressed from night before!!! I was served old chicken after told it was fresh.rushing for work, I thought ok I waited long enough. they just opened has to be fresh, after all just 6 wings well that was a regret. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES THEY DIDNT ANSWER. FINALLY GOT SOMEONE DURING THE EVENING (a whole nother shift)HOWEVER THEY DIDNT WANT TO FIX THEIR ERROR, More attitude.I WONT BE RETURNING THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE SOMEONE SICK!! I knew I should have turn around and walked out when I seen the way they all looked and were acting to a few customers ahead of me.

Everytime I go to this particular location they never have food prepared it's always a 20 minute wait for CHICKEN or something's not available I have this piece in this but not in that or we are out of a particular piece, not fixing more it's always something. I'd gladly leave and go to Bojangles or travel to Dinwiddie just to get what I want!

Went to KFC yesterday. I stood in line behind an elderly couple. For quite a while. The elderly Woman Told me that they were in a shift change. So I waited. Soon, one of the workers told the guy who came up behind me That it would be 30 more minutes. I said why will it be 30 more minutes? She responded. Well we only serve the drive thru right now, so you will have to wait. And the drive through comes first. I said we've been here a while. We're customers too. We should get served. Can we at least get rung up? No, she said. So I left and the other people left. And as I drove away in the car, I looked back. There was no one in the drive through lane. Very disappointed. Last time I will go there. Very poor customer service.

Stopped in for lunch during a 5 hour road trip, and got the best fries and mashed potatoes of my life. The people who work here are magical food wizards.
