Another interesting experience at this particular location the uh cashier red hair insisted that we used the kiosks to put our orders in even though she had a registeri insisted that she rang me up because I had cash and I don't think the kiosks would actually take cash biscuits weren't ready order to about 15 minutes to get it's their Tuesday special 8 pieces for 10 bucks Think that an organization knowing that they have a special on Tuesdays would actually be prepared for the customers coming in to body specials that they're offering a lot of lingering and people's just not motivated My conclusion they need to re-evaluate the staffing and possibly retrain them or start Uber again good luck

This issue just occurred today. Went and ordered some food and was told to go to the front and someone would bring my food out. After sitting there fore more than 20 minutes the person that took my order comes out and I ask how long is this going to take. He said he told everyone 15 minutes. However I explained no you never said that. He said he would then go check on the time frame but never came. Couldn't go in because when I tried the door was locked. Someone then came out and said they were out of what I ordered and said he doesn't know why the other person didn't say anything. Then was offered a refund but had fo fet back in the drive through line, so now an extra 20mns. Was there for over 45 minutes for nothing. Normally I don't have many issues with this KFC but this really blew me. Definitely won't be coming back and will stick with Colonial Heights from now on

I ordered in the drive thru .. I was asked to pull around to the door there was a wait on chicken that I wasn't told about until after I paid.. ...I never got my food ir a receipt or my money back. No one ever came out to bring me my food. I had to go to work. I called several times while waiting in the parking lot and several times after I left ...no one ever answered the phone. I called them for over an hour no one answered. Thay are always out of food and chicken

The green beans tasted like they were prepared at someone's home versus a restaurant chain. They were seasoned well and I stopped by on my way back to get another serving. The facility was ok, but the service made up for it. The team was jovial and welcoming, I felt like I was with family.

My first comment is that their website is not user-friendly. Usually, I am not a fan of KFC due to their greasy chicken and price for takeout. However, I do enjoy their pot pie ?. I had a KFC Chicken Pot Pie, and it was amazing! The crust was pastry flaky, and it was chock full of chicken. Remember how good the Chicken Pot Pies at Boston Market used to be before they scaled back and took the cinnamon apples off the regular menu? Yeah, KFC's offering is THAT good! Again, very pricey.
They are more interested in the drive thru than the customer who actually gets out of the car and comes inside. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one ever acknowledged I was there, but they had no.problrm taking care of the drive thru. Poor customer
