I'm a local door dasher. I came in to get my order which was supposed to be picked up by 8:12 pm on 3/13. I arrived at 8:10pm. The entire staff was watching tiktoks on their phone and horseplaying. Then they informed me that there was no more chicken and had to drop some more. Told me 12 minutes. I waited an additional 20 minutes while they played around. I ended up having to unassigned my order and lost money. Completely unprofessional.

This has become my least favorite KFC. This is the 2nd time I've been in about a month, and they did not have enough chicken for a family bucket. Or maybe no sides. All they said is "we can't make that right now". Also "we don't have chicken nuggets" even though it's on the board as their new kids meal.

This place gave me a 3 piece tender, no meal included and all three pieces were the size of half a pinky finger for seven dollars. A freaking squirrel couldn't even make an appetizer out of it. Go to Hardee's next door, better customer service and way better
