The staff here are always, always so rude. I asked for a pizza with a simple word on it and this woman acted like it was the end of the world. Never again……Each time I have come to here or to the subway it’s always a bad experience, which is why I choose to take my money to the other establishments in Colonial Heights. You are better off going to the Little Cesars in C. H there they offer a more inviting environment and it’s a lot quicker to !

4-8 Hot & Ready Crazy Puffs is Bogus! When I entered this establishment they had music blasting loud conversations and No Crazy Puffs, No Pizza, No Nothing Ready. The cashier claimed the other staff told her to tell everyone they don't have any. There's 4 boxes sitting in the warmer yet no one can order Crazy Puffs. That's the whole reason I came in here.

Customer service sucks the cashier said it was only two ppl working when I parked I see to other employees in there working. Just so her and the other worker don’t have to bring the food outside. Well this is a part of your job why would I make your job easier for you so you don’t have to walk outside I have to wait ten minutes on pizza but 1st it was 8 minutes.

This is the most unprofessional little Caesars I've ever been too. I was asking for my order and the lady named Frances claimed there was no order with that name. How is that possible if I was able to get into the portal with my name showing on it yet my food wasn't in there? She got an attitude with me when come to find out, her or whoever placed the food in the portal, didn't put it in all the way and that's why my food was missing. When she handed my order to me, I told her you don't need to have an attitude and she said she doesn't, she's just matching energy. Well you don't know how to read energy because I never had an attitude. It's very natural for a customer to act in defense about their order somehow not exisiting especially when I just accessed the portal with my name. When I left she said have a nice day and I told her you too because you really need it and her and her co workers proceed to laugh as I walk out. Very unprofessional. Frances, I want you to know that is exactly why you work at little Caesars and that's all you will ever be good for with your so called attitude of 'matching energies.' In customer service, you are supposed to serve the customer. The customer is always right. You don't match energies because that's extremely unprofessional and how to NOT keep a job. If everyone decided to match energies at their job, nobody would be working. That is probably why you and your co workers kee kee and ha ha ha because Little Caesars must be the only place where they let their employees act anyway towards their customers. That very attitude keeps you under in life. It's very sad for a grown woman to be so concerned with matching energies instead of delivering outstanding customer service. You will never amount more to life with that attitude and I hope you grow from this experience. I truly feel sorry for you because if anyone had a poor attitude, it was you with that mindset. This establishment needs better training for its employees or to get rid of them if that's how they are going to be towards customers. She was already flustered from an order before me being missing so how do I know that attitude wasn't taken out on me? Do better.

These types of places are getting worse and worse, the wait times for hot and ready pizza is out of this world. 50 min for two pizzas and the only reason they get you is because once your In the drive threw line, there’s no way to get out.

It was a terrible experience for me. I went to this store a week ago. Around 2 in the afternoon, all the employees were outside smoking weed. While I was inside of the store waiting to take my order. The phone was ringing nonstop, and the employees didn’t even care about it. You can check the cameras, as I said, and you would find out that I was waiting for more than 15 minutes to get my order. To finish my day at this store when they decided to go inside was to give me a two old pizzas that had probably been sitting in the ovens for more than 3 hours. This store needs attention, or they will go out of business. Little Cesar could do better for sure.

The Italian cheese bread is awesome. The staff is nice enough. Sometimes when you walk in they take a while to acknowledge your presence. I don’t mind waiting I know they’re busy just let me know you see Me.
