I love McDonalds, I only go if I have extra time. The wait time is horrible. I don't care what you order, it's ridiculous. This is the one on Crater Rd in Petersburg,VA. They just put in double drive thru but it did not help with the wait time. They need to do better team work to get the lines moving, especially in the am when people going to work.

This is so unacceptable. Wasted thirteen dollars on some cold food and waited a whole 20+ mins. I was missing a drink and this so called manager looked at my receipt like he cannot read. For an establishment that wants people to have high school diploma, they surely don’t seem like they have that. Reading is fundamental and that person is supposed to be a manager/ shift lead, God bless us all. Never come here!

apparently everyone that was working was also special Ed and couldn't read. they messed up the drink, didn't give us the sauces we asked for, didn't put in any straws and put lettuce on the sandwich that said no lettuce. to management, please make sure at least one person on every shift can read and is trained properly. food wasn't that bad though
