long wait before you even order. then I didn't receive a receipt. then received half my food and then was asked to pull up where I waited 20 more minutes for the rest of my food while 7 other cars were served and sent on their way. once I expressed my feelings on the wait time the gentleman at the window showed horrible customer service in his response. a kitchen employee came out to ask what we ordered, a manager wouldn't even show their face to address horrible service or offer...read full review
20 minute wait, cold and old tasting fries, and special ordered cheeseburgers were not even warm. I live 1 mile away from this store. No excuse for cold food after the long wait.
