Avoid this McDonald's if at all possible! If I could give them a negative score I would make sure they're the only restaurant I've ever been to to get a negative score! I stopped here to grab a quick meal on my way home after a long day. The drive thru was backed up and barely moving (I should have realized there was a problem with them at this point but didn't). I pulled into curbside spot #7, checked in at 9:02 PM. At 9:47 PM (45 minutes later), severely frustrated with watching every other vehicle in the parking lot and the drive thru that showed up after I did, I walk inside to get my order. After standing at the register for yet another 15 minutes before even being acknowledged, the cashier asks about my order and brings my order to me. Before walking out of the restaurant I decided to check my food in case it wasn't correct (was NOT giving them the benefit of the doubt after an hour of waiting). Not surprising, my entire order was cold. It had evidently sat for the entire hour I waited. Another young lady asked what the problem was and had the kitchen prepare the order again, but not without a major attitude. This crew was so lazy that they refused to take curbside orders out. I was 1 of several people waiting at the curbside parking spots and in an hour not 1 employee delivered a meal to anyone sitting in curbside pickup. I live 10 minutes from this McDonald's (the next closest is another 15 to 20 minutes away) and will NEVER EVER visit this one again!! I would rather drive 3 times farther than to give them another red cent outta my pocket!! I wasn't the only person who was pissed because of the lack of competent service. If fact, there were SEVERAL other very unhappy customers complaining about the service saying they wouldn't be back either! I got no apology or anything close to one, just a LOT of attitude from more than 1 crew member!!

I stopped to get dinner at this McDonalds which included a drink. I was thirsty and not offered my cup and requested it. I was told the cups were in the back due to theft and a new policy that was not posted that as a paying guest you had to wait until they were done with your order to get your cup, they were now kept in the back somewhere near the food. I could see cups right next to me on the other side of the partition at the drive through. I asked for the district managers phone number who set said policy and they called her to ask her if they could give out her number and she said no. I then was told I could come back the next day when she was working. When I spoke to her on the store phone this morning she seemed oblivious to good customer service practices and didn't get it only focusing on the fact she would have the sign up the next day. There are a whole host of other methods to reduce theft that don't involve inconvenience to paying customers but that doesn't appear to be a priority with this franchise. Also my large frie cup came with the quantity of a small frie in it.

If I could give them a zero I would they always have a attitude when u walk in even when I'm polite and smiling u ask about it order after waiting 25 mins and they ignore u if u want decent service please go to another location no one was up front help either
