THE WORST McDonalds I have ever been to in my entire life. Service moved at a snail's pace. They gave me soggy chicken nuggets. How do you mess up something so easy? McDonalds is supposed to be good at fast, standardized service. Not this one. Terrible doesn't even come close to describing it. Awful, not good at all. Atrocious. I never write Google reviews. I took time out of my day to write this review because it was just that bad. By the way, workers there just stand around lolly gagging while a drive thru line builds up to the point where cars now have to drive up past the window to wait for their food (defeats the purpose of fast food, I can't begin to describe how annoying it is). I saw one worker just taking a lunch break while the line and drive thru were clogged up because apparently they don't value all hands on deck. I hope no one ever goes here again and gives them money until they fulfill the most basic functions of being a fast food restaurant. I certainly won't.

I went through the drive-thru and it was pretty backed up, but they were fast, efficient and very friendly. The food was hot and tasty and it didn't taste like it had been sitting in a heat window . Oh and best apple pies

I arrived and went in at 1015, was told needed to wait until 1030 to order lunch. I waited and ended up going through the drive through, first person right at 1030. I ordered 3 kids meals (1 6 piece and 2 cheeseburger) and a big mac. I was stopping by befire going to my kids' school to join them for lunch. Was told to wait over at the pick up spot. Waited for 15 minutes, with other cars behind me, for the person to come out with only 2 kids meals, 1 milk, and my meal. I immediately told the person I was missing items and now running late. I was advised to wait in my car and they would come back. I went back in after the person and waited. They couldn't even figure out what I was waiting for. I had to tell them multiple times. They still handed out other meals for the same/similar items ahead of mine even though I had been waiting over 20 minutes (by point of order) by this point. All the other cars behind me waiting ended up leaving with thier items before I got mine. Finally ended up with most of my items after 25 minutes, still missing the milks because I simply would not wait any longer. Everything ended up cold. I'm so done with MCD. This is my 2nd bad experience this last month. We went over 10 years without due to poor service and poor quality history... and that's what we'll be doing again.
Was a very pleasant visit. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Probably the best kept McDonald's in my area .🤗🫶✌️

The manager Karen has the absolute WORST attitude and management skills of anyone I have ever encountered. They of course forgot to give me my kids meal so my daughter went in to get it. Karen gave her the fifth degree about a receipt that she did not take in since we just pull through the drive through. After 15 minutes I had to go in and find her still not doing anything. She told me she had to have my receipt so I called out my mobile order number and she said “oh you had the 20%off “like that was a crime. Then she wanted to ask the other employees if they gave me the happy meal, like I’m a want to rob her of a happy meal. After another 10 minutes I told her my fries in the car were definitely cold by now and I needed new ones. Well she said I had to go get them , lol I said she could go get them I didn’t screw this up. So I actually had to go get the cold fries so she could throw them in the trash in my face. OWNERS look at your p&l !!! I can tell you what it says down income down profit BAD MANAGEMENT!!! Won’t go back . This also happened to my daughter just about the exact same
