I had never heard of this place. Didn't know of their Fan Following. Visiting in town, a friend invited me here for brunch. Wow. First, the atmosphere was so calm. We pointed out to Ms Kat that is was so calm, and happy, and stress free - on a Sunday Morning?! Of course, she attributed it to her amazing staff, which I hear she has a tendency to do :) And if you're debating getting the Blueberry Cheesecake Pancakes - the answer is YES. Amazing. Sad when my leftovers ended. This place was outstanding. And gained a new follower ;)

If you are looking for a local restaurant in the Tri-Cities or Metro Richmond area, Alibis is the place to try. The wait staff are so friendly, it's like you're having dinner with your family. The food is so delicious and they're so many great entrees to choose from. We had the flight of pickles for an appetizer, giving us everything from sweet to spicy. And we had the brunch bowls which were so filling and delicious that I was hoping it was bottomless. Check out this great restaurant and support local!

What a great place and vibe! Everyone is super friend friendly and helpful. They all seem to be enjoying working there. The place is always packed. If the weather is nice, you can sit outside. The owner, Kat, is super nice!! We loved meeting her. I had biscuits and gravy, which is 2 biscuits and a side. So much food!! The French toast was just the right size. Be warned of the mimosa flight. You might need a DD ?. They give you so much!! ?? Really great place! I'm big on supporting a local business and giving back to the community and not a big corporation. We'll be back for sure.

Amazing! We are from out of town and in town due to car troubles. We came across the cutest town & the Old Town Alibi. We stopped in for brunch. The staff were friendly, hospitable and made our troubles seem obsolete & the food was delicious!! It was the perfect place!

Delicious orange crush with fresh orange juice, the jalapeño ranch wings were so good and the service was outstanding. They were out of blue moon but our server recommended something I liked a lot. Very fun spot to eat and drink. We will be back.

My experience at Old Towne's Alibi was deeply disappointing, as I found myself completely ignored at the door upon arrival. Despite making eye contact with the employees behind the bar, I was met with indifference and left waiting for an unreasonably long time without so much as a greeting. The employees behind the bar walked past us multiple times and refused to acknowledge us. This blatant disregard for basic customer service and hospitality overshadowed any potential enjoyment of the cuisine or ambiance. Until this establishment addresses their glaring deficiency in acknowledging and welcoming their black patrons, I cannot in good conscience recommend it to others. I will say this establishment has NO issues with acknowledging and serving their Caucasian customers with exuberance.
Great place for food and drinks. Welcoming environment, super friendly staff. If you make it there I suggest the pulled pork!

Its like a warm hug from the atmosphere to Kats warm welcome as she walks around. That is unheard of now. Her staff make my food recommendations for me. They never disappoint either. ? I'm having fun tasting my way through the menu each visit. The pimento cheese BLT with a fried green tomato and aside of her aoili sauce. Macaroni salad etc. My love for her pickles and not to mention her Bloody Marys! A huge introvert and when I do go out I always make a stop! Then later to find out she has these food drops for great causes ? always meets her goals in like 24 hrs! She has customers who are very compassionate picking up someone else's tab! I knew my instincts were on point. A kama my tadah! Kat your kind gestures do not go unnoticed!
