This place truly sucks. And that’s on more than one occasion. The staff gives you the most ignorant excuse why the problem with your order occurred. Horrible customer service and lack of accountability for not properly serving customers.

The manager in there, I didn’t catch her name, but she had blonde hair she is amazing! She was working all by herself and she should definitely get a raise!!! She was awesome. Food was good I carried out but she was phenomenal! Great employee

Pizza came wrong. Showed the delivery driver. He did nothing just said to call the store. Called the store. Person acted like we were wrong and ended up hanging up on my wife. I called back to find out what was wrong and got the same hang up... not sure what I did wrong trying to order a pizza. Don't waste your time here. Did speak to the manager after. She seemed helpful but to little too late.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Don't even bother ordering anything, you won't get it and you won't get a refund!!
I ordered delivery and it took 2 hours to be delivered. Using the tracker, it shows it was out of the oven within 25 minutes. When I finally got the cold congealed mess they made me come outside to get from their car, the toppings were all wrong. And I can't even get a refund because nobody will answer the phone!! I've been on hold 20 minutes.
Ashley and John at this location were outstanding. I will definitely come, because of the hospitality these guys showed me. I say way to go guys. The pizza was amazing..

Go to hopewell don't waste your time at petersburg. The first time they lost one of my pizza for pickup. How do you loose 1 of 4 pizzas. Tonight I gave them another try. I ordered 4 pizza on the app for pickup. Low and behold the app said pizza is ready. I walk in and they say waiting on last one. She made it as I waited while the other 3 sat on the shelf. I counted 8 pizzas come out the oven while I waited. The question again how do you loose 1 of 4 pizzas when the tickets print out and you put the sticker on the box. 3 of them were made 45 minutes earlier. why wasnt the last one made also? This happened to me both times going to this store. Nothing but a sorry we are making it now.

The manager Ashley was so helpful and friendly! She provided me excellent service and was such a pleasure to be around. John also added to the experience with wonderful customer service. He was very polite very respectful and super helpful. They made me realize there are still good people in this world !

I placed an order on the website for delivery, all the alerts stated the pizza was being made, and then my order was cancelled because they did not have a delivery driver. This is not the first time and I will not be giving anymore chances. Just close the location.
