DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Don't even bother ordering anything, you won't get it and you won't get a refund!!
I ordered delivery and it took 2 hours to be delivered. Using the tracker, it shows it was out of the oven within 25 minutes. When I finally got the cold congealed mess they made me come outside to get from their car, the toppings were all wrong. And I can't even get a refund because nobody will answer the phone!! I've been on hold 20 minutes.

Go to hopewell don't waste your time at petersburg. The first time they lost one of my pizza for pickup. How do you loose 1 of 4 pizzas. Tonight I gave them another try. I ordered 4 pizza on the app for pickup. Low and behold the app said pizza is ready. I walk in and they say waiting on last one. She made it as I waited while the other 3 sat on the shelf. I counted 8 pizzas come out the oven while I waited. The question again how do you loose 1 of 4 pizzas when the tickets print out and you put the sticker on the box. 3 of them were made 45 minutes earlier. why wasnt the last one made also? This happened to me both times going to this store. Nothing but a sorry we are making it now.

The manager Ashley was so helpful and friendly! She provided me excellent service and was such a pleasure to be around. John also added to the experience with wonderful customer service. He was very polite very respectful and super helpful. They made me realize there are still good people in this world !

I placed an order on the website for delivery, all the alerts stated the pizza was being made, and then my order was cancelled because they did not have a delivery driver. This is not the first time and I will not be giving anymore chances. Just close the location.

My first time here in months just for convenience I stopped going because the people there are nasty but I went tonight and the atmosphere was excellent especially after a bad day! I may have the names wrong or spelled incorrectly but Ashley Tim and Donaa were very pleasant!! And If I could deal with people like them more often I would come and refer people here vs driving a distance to get to another papa John’s!! The owner should be very proud of their customer service!
Ugh manager holler get out can you get out it was 10:48 how am I supposed to know yall close at 10:45 if the door unlocked and customers walking out and one in the lobby with me me and the manager had it out she was the one hollering from the back can you get out then came to the front and the cashier apologized to her for not locking the door she said I been here all day I started talking trash asked for my receipt I said give me a receipt and asked her who do i contact to complain on her she said me I said that stupid are you the owner she said she was the manager and so on and on either way that papa Jon is ridiculous the manger is so unprofessional no one said I bet the phone the store close at 10:45 you took the order the door was unlocked customers were out front one was in the lobby and a man had came In before I was put out lol

I Razell,order papa john pizza a last week and was waiting 3 hours for food that I paid for and was never delivered.i was informed on the phone by staff that my food was delivered to some one else in which I called and had to go to the store to address this matter because the staff over the phone was rude talking over me and interrupting me in addition staff continue to use excuses to why they was not able to address my needs to what I ordered I even called and asked for a phone call and proved my number to the staff multiple times no call was ever received.staff gave me the food free and gave me a refund.i then ordered again a few days later then gave me the two pizza I have ordered but never gave me my soda i order with the two pizzas.then the staff was informed of this per the driver who informed me of the Pepsi not being available I then called for a refund never received at that day or time I called later on that night and never received a refund I fact the manager tolded me that they will refund me when they are not busy staff was very rude and inappropriate in tone delivery and made excuses to what they did no one was able get my order right.i requested to speak with the owner or the dm district manager and was tolded after placing my complaint in that I will not speak with one because Brandon Davis him self said no and refused to allow me time to speak with some one other than him condescendingly I will never eat here again horrible service horrible adequacy lack of communication intrusive staff nast times can’t get orders right or communicate effectively.my refund was rendered the very next day when I informed them I would file a complaint with corporate.

I ordered a pizza on 8/14/2024. The next day I found a fly baked into the pizza. When I went to call them to see about getting a refund or another pizza the lady claimed that they didn't have any flies in their store and she knew for a fact that they didn't. And that they couldn't do anything about it.
